Im not new to street fighter but I have dicide to get serious with it. I dont care if necro is top tier or not, I just enjoy playing with him. I want to get as good possible, I know here are some really good players. I need some help one how to start to practice. Should I start learning his normals? Maybe start practicing combos?
Help me on how to get going.

.i think you only need read , see vids and play a lot …
play with necro … all time …if you lose think why is you lose if you can try record your matches beucase you can see why you lose…
and play for win not for fun .
with necro, its more about baiting and punishing your opponents mistakes, much more so than other characters. his best options are usually predictable, so you really have to think outside of the box sometimes to get results. the hardest part for me is trying to figure out his best anti airs for each matchup. besides that, go read up on coreografo’s sticky on specific juggles and combos. The most important ones to remember and execute are his throw juggles imo, because that sets up so much of his game for free.

Here are some stuff I tend to do in matches, but mind u my tactics might not be 100% useful-
Some pokes I kinda tend to use include:
Standing MP
Back+MP
Crouching MK
DB+HP
B+HP and F, D, DF+LP are some good anti-airs that I use.
One nice anti-air combo u can use is:
F, D, DF+LP (hits air-borne opponent)–>Standing HP
Also note that his LP+LK and F+LP+LK throw juggle opponents.
Against Yun & Yang, SA I is a good SA to use against them.
Overall I’d say, for my experience AT LEAST, SA III is his best SA.
Only use his HCF+HP to punish missed attacks. Some good combos of it include:
1- HCF+HP–>B+MK–>HCF+MP/HCF+2P
2- HCF+HP–>F, D, DF+HP (tap P rapidly)
I hope you have an excellent sense of timing, because Necro has a lot of extra damage options if you can just hit the buttons at the right time. For example, a throw by Necro does normal amount of damage, but against Makoto in the corner you can follow it up with a db.hp -> b.mp, basically quadrupling the damage of the throw. Not even going to get started with db.hpx6 against Urien, Alex and Hugo. The timing is stiff, but if you’re good at that kind of thing, its just plain awesome what Necro can do.
comboing not is very important …you need know the best juggles. but other stuff are most important …
corner game is the necro main game … lockdown ,positioning, mindgames are very important …

this work for all chars but in necro is very very important …for explame in your corner game you can use gaps setups like b.fierce …the guy see this and block but if you are far this move not hit and not have blockstun …he try hit you …he make a random poke…but you want this you can know this and owns this move (parry , sa1) or sa1 in reacction …same shit with sugiyama jab dempa gap set up …necro have very bad recovery of this move but some chars can’t punish this move …they try hit with a move (like c.forward of ken) and sugiyama hit c.jabxxsa3 in reacction…
if you see good necro players they use this all time …

I have been playing and his combos are very strict specially the juggles. Most of them are links and not cancel combos. Plus he have alot of specific characters combos. He seem very hard to learn but i know it worth it. He is just so musch fun. Im not very good so im viewing videos reading lots of info and practicing his normal juggles and normal moves(i know im not very advance). Again thanks a lot guys. Il keep practicing alot.

just use one button, strong. fuck any of the other buttons, b.strong, l.strong, regular strong dosn’t matter just use lots of strong, it’s called strong for a reason…cause it’s strong!
b.fierce, bd.fierce, c.jab, b.short, c.short,c.forward, s.forward and s.short (this moves are very important in necro game)
