Have you guys done necalli’s hard survival yet? If so, how did you do it? I know some characters have really cheesy strats but i havent been able to find any with necalli anf i really want that color 7.
Is there any way we can get the thread title changed from “Necalli General Thread: Necalli Enters the Tournament!” to “Devour Hour: Necalli General Thread” ?
Seems like a missed opportunity, and I can’t sleep at night.
Kinda, Do hcb,f+P. You are not cancelling a normal into his cmd grab but using the buffer to still get the grab after walking forward slightly.
The lower the strength of the button used the more range it has, and the less frameadvantage you have.
Hey guys I’m maining Necalli, but in training mode where VT timer is set to normal, it never runs down and Necalli stays in super saiyan mode. Is anyone else having this problem?
He gains v trigger for the rest of the round. In training mode, that is forever. You have to into options and hit the restart it reset option. It’s like the first one.
It’s a 2f link I believe; the trick is to hit the button when they’re a bit after the top of the arc. Online I tend to go for the MK Stomp cancel as well though.
Same here its driving me crazing. The Necalli hard colors are the only ones I want but the whole thing is a big test of patience. Iv gotten to 40 only to have the CPU start blocking and reacting to everything. That or I just get disconnected/game crashes.
Yea I don’t think the non-VT hk stomp CA juggle is worth it. The only time you would need it is if you KNOW it will close out the game and you are down in your life lead and you don’t have meter for VT (because you used V-counters lol), but that is super situational and probably never the case.
It’s actually different timings depending how far and the character. Some you can do pretty soon after it hits, others like Chun, have to fall a bit or you’ll fly under.
I’ve been playing Birdie up until I decided to try Necalli on a whim today.
The FUUUUCK. Necalli is so fucking GOOD. Combos for days, strong pressure, strong mixups, heavy damage, amazing V-trigger cancel combos, good mobility options with forward dash, Disc’s Guidance through fireballs and divekick to mix up your approach… As soon as I learned his pressure strings and combos I was just destroying.
