v-trigger activated = no v-reversal. That might be universally true, I’m not sure, but if he’s stuck in trigger after activation it’s a bigger deal for him.
Ignore the “our, our” part as he just grunts and grumbles that bit.
Yea, I can see that being a problem vs more offensive characters. Might just be you have to use his trigger as an offensive tool, knowing that risk. I get the impression he won’t be completely helpless defensively in v trigger though. Maybe his EX Upper cut has invincibility where his normal mode doesn’t, or maybe he’ll have super armor on a move of his. We’ll see.
Can’t wait to see actual gameplay for this guy, need to know more! Whens the next event Gamescom?
TGS I think is the next big event. We have to suffer through August with only the Beta (and no Necalli) to sustain us

He might be the first character to use 4 bars perhaps, if his v-trigger mode takes away reversals…but then again it doesn’t seem like reversals are currently very viable(that was the impression most players got from testing it at E3, but it’s subject to change). I’m curious about his stomp move. It’s only shown after he goes into v-trigger. I’d be pretty excited if his trigger put him into a mode where he’s almost a different character, think evil ryu to ryu. The fact that he gets ‘‘frame data advantage’’ also suggests that he’s probably meant for extremely aggressive rushdown. Oh man I cannot wait to try this freak out.
4 V-Gauge bars!? Wow…
why should he? if his V-Gouge is realy a two bladed edge and he can Cancel it himselv i would guess he got 1 or 2 bars ; Think about Birdy his 3 Bar VSkill is no 2 bladet edge keeps up for a very long time so 4 Bars for a 2bladed edge ? No im guessing its the oposit
Well his V skill seems pretty strong too and like something he can use throughout a lot in combos (speculating) so maybe he would be able to fill those bars quick.
im betting his vskill is just a change stance and not strong at all. else there is no point in making the time without limit… Giant powergain without timelimit? Why should he have that… its more like the vskill just simply change his style else a timelimit would be necesary like Bison/Birdy

I can believe 4 bars, if his V Trigger mode is 1) unlimited and is a permanent change for the round and 2) It gives so much of a buff for the character that you always want to go for it.
If not 4, then at least 3.

Need more details of what his V-Trigger does besides damage boosts to really judge whether the V-Trigger is OP. The lack of V-Reversal is not a down side at all considering how mediocre/bad they are right now. I’m wondering how big his V-Gauge is because it’s quite possible that he’ll be the first character with 4-5 stock V-Gauge.
I believe it’s said he gets access to new moves, different frame data, and a new CA.
