As much as I love low tier in MvC2, I think it’s much more interesting to see someone using a team such as yours Vegita, or VDO’s, or Gabe’s in REAL tournaments instead of having to force everyone to participate in the low tier tournament. I mean Gabe on his own surprised a good number of people, but these low tier tournaments are more or less trying to squeeze what ‘little life’ is left of MvC2. You three prove that you CAN win, and that there are worthwhile team combinations that DON’T involve Sent, so why not push for the community to experiment more instead of just accepting them otherwise?

I know everyone loves to see low tier being played more often. It sounds nice, but there’s a sad truth to this world. People want to win tournaments. There are characters easier to win tourney’s with like Storm, Magnteo, Cable and Sentinel. When you pick up marvel 2 and want to compete against the top, you aren’t going to go for teams that will take you longer to get up there. You’ll want to win with the least possible effort. Most low tier users get over shadowed in this community.
