You need to stop twisting the truth. You msged me over IRC and asked me if I was planning NCR4. I said 2 things regarding that:
- NCR is Ben’s tournament
- No, I’ve been busy and have not planned NCR or any other tourneys
That is all I said, I never said I did or did not want to run it. You then proposed us running it together and even referred to it as “choibizzle productions” which I found amusing but did not reply to. Then you said you will get others to help and ask SVGL management about running it which I also did not reply to. Then you asked me if I was gonna run the tourney and attend or just run the tourney and not attend like last time. I simply replied saying I can not answer that since the tourney has not been planned yet. How can I plan to attend a tourney when the date hasn’t even been set? You then went on about how you will get tons of help from korngo among others and you will plan things in advance and lots of out of towners will come and etc. I did not confirm nor deny any of these points.
Now that was the end of the conversation then a few days later you posted up NCR4 info…
You organizing NCR tournament does not bother me at all. NCR was never my tournament, it was Ben’s. I simply took over for him at last minute since he moved to Texas. But I have a problem with you making false accusations.
Now, you need to stop with your conspiracy theory. Who/where/how did you hear that I was boycotting your tournament? Whatever your sources are, it’s wrong. When was the last time you even saw me at a SVGL tourney? It’s been so long that I don’t even remember when. Or even any of the recent major tournaments such as Family Fun Quals or Texas Showdown? I would love to attend more tourneys but I simply can not for various personal reasons.
Tyram has sent me several PMs asking me if I’m going to his Fairfield tourneys but I’ve said no several times due to that fact that I’m busy and can not attend, not because I’m boycotting. Just because a person can not make it to a certain event you think they are boycotting? Did you ever think people gasp MIGHT BE BUSY?
I do lots of travel for work/pleasure and I’m usually gone 2 weekends out of the month. I just got back from SD/Mexico and I’ll be traveling to EC in about a month. Hence I probably can not attend NCR4.
