More specifically Persona (day 1!) and AE each had 10 entrants, UMvC3 had 14, and KoFXIII had 5.
Yeah man, sorry we didn’t get any matches. I was way too distracted on Persona lol. Good shit on 4th though.

I LOVE PERSONA 4 ARENA! Just wanted to put that out there. Wanna really grind this game. MITSURU!!! She’s second only to Doctor Strange as far as my favorite fighting game character. Already got a favorite Japanese Mitsuru player and tech to implement.
Am I the only person who thinks autocombos are a great feature because they let you focus on spacing and footsies first before combos? They don’t even matter (much) in higher level play; the damage and positioning most of them give is awful with or without the meter.
Looking forwards to being able to play P4A at ReSe in a couple weeks. I hope it doesn’t die any time soon.
So are more people going to rese or summer jam from nc?
I’ll be down in Raleigh Tuesday to Saturday most likely. Does anyone play on PS3? Should I come by the Wednesday Night thing and check it out?
I play on PS3, but I’m not in Raleigh (~4 hours away), so it’s kind of a moot point. WNB is on xbox, but I would assume someone might be willing to lend you a stick - you should check it out.
The problem there is I use a hitbox. Guess I need to find a convertor.

From the bottom of my heart I’d like to thank all of you lazy ass mother fuckers for not supporting the best game to come out in years and letting it die. RIP WNB KoF =(
Eh it was bound to happen, I guess. Can’t keep a scene alive for tournaments with only a handful of serious folks.
Yeah. Sucks that real life doesn’t allow people to sit around and play fighting games like an 8-hour job everyday. 
It’s not really that, more about people just showing up and putting the effort to come out. We didn’t have enough randoms to keep it alive so it really did rely on everyone putting in work and being consistent but I know a lot of people have real life and other priorities. Oh well. It was a good run.
KOFXIII is not dead at WNB by any means…we figure a break at this point would be good…everyone is having real life hitting them hard and thus we decided it was a good time to take a break…we are confident in the KOF players that they will make a return so there is no doubt that the game will run again. People are demanding Persona 4 Arena and since KOF has been averaging 4-6 players a week for the past month and half it was obvious that we let P4A run for a bit til players get either tired of it or find something broken with the game (not saying that will happen)…we give every game a chance and some might not even make a return (talking to you Skull Girls and Street Fighter X Tekken) but KOF surely will, so when everyone settles, things get better, and life situations regulate (school, work, family, and so on…)…WNB will be ready for you all to come back.
I think the kof scene is fine. There are enough hungry people. You guys may not be close but you’ll be fine.
