We should just hold an official catherine tournament at NC state lol.
Yeah… I came down last saturday to play BB but there wasn’t any going on. It didn’t help that I had to leave early as hell so I probably just missed it. This does seem like an ok place to play at, there’s like 5 CRTs and plenty of room, just closes early. I want to see BB next time, there was a ps3 with VF on it that nobody was playing! I’ll come to the next one saturday after EZ weekend and I’ll bring my copy of BB or something.
Just ask around people will play it just if you want to play a game that isn’t on the screen just gotta ask, especially when we got like you said a machine sitting idle. Also yeah a NC state guy was like yes fighting game guys maybe someone else plays VF5 and was there for a bit but nobody wanted to play it 
We arn’t doing anything this weekend cause I think everyone who shows up normally is going to EZ anyways.

In the current version of MK, his low hat is only punishable up close by a special 6 frames or faster (KL spin, Reptile elbow dash). The new patch will fix this.
Yo 1v1 Catherine was so hard. Especially if you’re up against some of the NCSU Catherine players lol. They know the stages inside and out.
Outside of me and the Baeu the blond guy with the kinda funny accent and me I don’t think anyone actually knows the stages. But yeah for a few stages like spiral, and the bomb stage your first 8-9 moves have to be very exact or the other player if he catches you doing something different can just IK you for fucking up.
If you’re running VF- 360 version is standard, it’s a later revision.
This will change when FS comes out though.

Me and a friend of mine had some BB going on before everyone showed up, since we were the only ones playing we decided to give the tv up to another Marvel set up. Unfortunately the TV I wanted to put BB on was the one that isn’t set to the right channel, and has a busted controller port that red rings the box.
I’ll try and get that one working for next time and set up BB. Also we are going to try and get another Catherine save down in the Den sometime so my xbox is free for AE, BB, 3SO (thanks to Azn and Rob I bought the game that night so I will have it next time).
The guy on the VF TV kept going between that and the Mario Brothers Wii so it was just left on a whole lot while he was over there.
All in all I think it went down fairly well and we had a great turn out. I think the only set backs were the busted tv, no BB, and the Den only owns two PS3 pads so it limited people who don’t use sticks or have PS3 sticks. I think we are going to try for another gathering like this one around the middle of next month or so, gotta find out about tournaments first.

Yeah, though it does come with a catch or two. Mitsu spent 1.5 out of 2 bars on that sequence, and there is no more regular 2KB, just 2K. You only get 2KBB like that if you use EX 2K.
Ohhhhhh that glowey stuff was EX moves? I thought he was doing just frames. Ok… makes more sense. I was going WTF?! in my head when I saw it. So they really took out 2KB? That’s interesting. Atleast he got back 33BB… that’s a big reason I quit playing him in 4 lol
