There also might be some peeps from Cola coming for BB, but it all depends on interest. Right now, there about 5-6 people that play the game competitively and others who are interested.
Oh you silly people have made me quite a happy troll. I didn’t expect anyone to post a serious answer, but the fact that so many people did… is great. Way better for 10 people to not get it at all than to get one lol from someone who does.

This sounds great, I hope we have a nice turnout for BB! The interest level in this game is not to bad, considering it’s the best game out right now (fact) it should be much higher though.

Because I really enjoy the game. I honestly enjoy playing it, learning new things in it and practicing in training mode. No other (fighting) game provides that for me right now. And the gameplay is awesome, the fighting system is deep and allows for a lot of creativity.
I like having a burst. When getting combo’d in other games the game turns to a 1 player game, until the combo ends or is dropped. In BB I feel like I have control to step in and stop things if I so chose, and i’m still thinking strategy about when to use the burst. There are a lot of little things like that I really enjoy.
Every game should have negative warning to add danger to running away and not being aggressive. There is no crazy comeback mechanic in the game. Gaurd primers are cool. Each character is so unique, unlike ken/ryu/akuma/sagat/oni/gouken/sakura/evil ryu for example all being based on a very similar style and sharing moves.
The game is also beautifully done, it looks so smooth. The game has insane balance. There are 3 tier levels (compared to AE’s 6 levels?), and they are not separated by much of a gap. Losing in the game you don’t feel like you were done dirty and had no option to get out (ahem, marvel). Even though you makoto’d me to death for hours last night I’m still loving the game, and know it’s my fault and not the characters. There are a lot of other reasons why I like the game so much but those are a few.
Don’t listen to these guys Jos, I ran the brackets and I had 10 entrants for BB. I havent put an amount on the tourney yet cause I am not sure what you guys want to run it at. I asked last time and they chose $5 entry but it may be different this time. There will be a BB tourney!!!

so your saying people who can zone somebody out and play defense well should get a penalty for it?
You don’t get penalized for zoning people and playing defensive. You get penalized for going backwards for too long. IE moving the screen backwards, repeatedly air backdashing, etc etc.
Honestly with how SF4 is, its nice to play something where people don’t just down back for hours.
Different game. Different system. Lets just leave it at that.

What Jon said. Zoning and defense is a very big part of a lot of characters games and doesnt get u a negative warning.Running away and avoiding the fight is very doable and legit, but there is danger in it if you get caught.
