I have a few members but i have alot of people that want to join. I will be trying them out today.
The only way you can get paid for playing any game is doing tournaments or going to live tournaments/events.
The better the crew gets and the more people know it the more sponsors i can get for the crew. Which means money and free stuff.

Na man you know y he takes a cut right? He need to save money up so if a gamer in his crew wants to go to lets say evo he can either help them out or pay it in full. He also takes money for the work he does. He got 2 amazing sponsors for the crew he recruits players and he makes shores players know that there is a tournament with big money so they can go. He deals with every thing so the gamers dont have to he is like there manager.
