NASA (F*CKED UP ...again) Discovery of New Life Form

Vatican: It’s OK to believe in aliens - World news - Europe - The Vatican - msnbc.com

2 years ago the pope said its ok to believe in aliens. Assuming you believe the pope talks directly to god of course.

I don’t know man. I have a friend that makes a living by working in a lab studying bacteria all freaking day, and when I told her she looks like me with the “meh” face.

Your friend sucks. Is she at least hot?

You’d look pretty “meh” too if you did nothing but study bacteria all day.

Shit like this is discovered/created in labs alot.

I don’t believe the pope talks directly to god, but I do believe the pope is an alien.

This is really interesting to me, makes you wonder what we might have missed while looking for life all because NASA was retarded and didn’t branch out past the conditions to create life on Earth.

Also, stop with the religious/anti-religious stuff. We all know how easily a thread can get derailed by it. Stop.

I think so…

This is great and all but looking at the bigger picture, why are we wasting resources for a MANNED trip on Mars which is going to be in our lifetime? I’d rather take a look at the moons on Jupiter and Saturn for that life, son.

Where would it even say anywhere that aliens wouldnt have souls and its exclusive to humanity? That doesn’t even make sense… again… not trying to be preachy… people should feel free to believe what they want as long as its not hurting people. But you’re just adding controversial stuff that has no basis.

I always believed that NASA cared more about human relocation than actually trying to find aliens and thats why they are so intent to find worlds that are Earth-like. Its an easier sell to benefactors than actually trying to find alien life that is truly made for the conditions of each unique planet.

no their choice is completely logical.

But agreed, stop with the religious arguments before Valaris lays the smackdown.

whaaaaaat

that is actually really really crazy

Richard Garriott thinks its a big deal, he created Ultima Online, paid his way onto a Russian rocket and has traveled deep beneath Antarctica.

douche chilllll

The NASA study of arsenic-based life was fatally flawed, say scientists. - By Carl Zimmer - Slate Magazine

But isn’t making papers public so that they can be seen by the community a vital part of the process?

Secret NASA Information Put In Trash Bin

Damn Wikileaks!

I think they’re referring to publishing it like they had discovered something when they manufactured it, instead of the actual details of what they were doing.

Wow. Somebody’s getting fired.

Don’t really feel like following the story… Let me know when the flying saucers get here.
