What caused you to finally snap? I’m pretty sure you’ve been aware of how broken this game is for a while now.
The game really doesn’t seem all that broken. It’s way more enjoyable to watch than ssf4
the deidara users for the most part. plus the fact that this game punishes you for any type of offense that involves you trying to combo. taka sasuke vs deidara and his array of dumb ass projectiles have to be one of the dumbest matchs in the game.

just in case you didnt know; chakra shuriken> deidara, ninja jumping and shuriken> deidara, kakuzu and tobi supports> deidara.
Deidara is ass, as soon as you learn how to stop his spam he’s done.
Holy shit, It’s rare to find someone who doesn’t Rage quit when they’re about to lose. Especially the people who use the ‘Broke as fuck’ characters.

Your Gaara is pretty good at keeping people out, man. I had a hard time getting it in with Hinata until I noticed that Support Drive Mode + A-Type Assist + Grab was a MUST to win that match-up. If you don’t or can’t do that, Hinata is pretty much free to Gaara because of his long range normals and his decent keep-away game.
You made me realize that Tenten and the Karin assist are better than I thought they were… Tenten is still ass though. 
By the way, where do you live? Wondering because they was some lag during the games and I was wondering if it was my connection’s fault or just because we were miles away from each other.
deidara is okay, but hes not that crazy you are overreacting and playing wrong i guess

I miss being able to use the mine jutsu with tenten from mid air, that was so good.

His tilt combo and jutsu is just sex. I swear, Kabuto is just too stylin’ in every CC2 Naruto fighting game he’s debut in.

I main Minato and I don’t see exactly what places him so high. What is it?
Shikamaru is freakin INCREDIBLE.
-best ninja movement in the game, ninja jumping while throwing shuriken is literally invincible with him, you HAVE to close in or you lose.
-insta-teleport during awakening, makes getting away from him impossible.
-longest range throw in the game, granted it has a slow start up but its range is godlike with assists that clutter the screen, its a sure hit.
-semi-instant start up rasengan with small recovery, time-space rasengan is invincible.
-his combos do great damage and one of them has super odd pauses and random teleports making it hard to KnJ out of.
IMHO Kiba definitely is top. His jutsu is waaaaaaaayyyyy too safe, breaks guard easily, and it launches into tag combos. The dog will even hit if Kiba himself is interrupted. I honestly think it’s better than SM Naruto’s rasengan.
it is safe if you block it, there is a way to avoid it…Jump.
plus doing triple X after you jump over with some characters catches him, its great but he’s not top just coz of that
whoah i gotta see who can punish it then, because I’ve yet to see anyone catch him afterwards with the x-dash
well i know all the puppeteers can, and i think minato too, dunno who else can do it.
There’s also some instant punishes mid air like itachi’s fireball.

What about match-ups? Did you take those into consideration while making your Tier List or are individual character abilities more important?
everybody has some bad matchups, for eg Puppeteers are bad for Hidan and Itachi, Minato and Guy are bad for puppeteers; however, with the right supports, you can pretty much cover your character’s weaknesses.
