It’s possible that they’re talking about what Minato wanted Naruto to master, which seems separate from Jiraiya’s “that jutsu” AKA tailed shroud.
I hope so, I prefer Naruto without the tailed forms. Base Kyuubi Naruto was ten times more badass and imposing anyway. When he showed up back in Part 1, shit got wrecked.
In addition, I don’t see how being able to use the tailed forms would help him at all against Sasuke or Madara, let alone be the “special power” needed to beat Madara. Both of them can shut down tailed forms in an instant with the Sharingan’s control over Kyuubi. I’d prefer it be something so epically powerful it requires having the massive chakra that Kyuubi has in order to perform.
I think Kyuubi Sage Mode will be the final “form” that Naruto uses, and “that jutsu” in this case is the one Minato left for Naruto and not the tailed forms Jiraiya spoke of.

imo this resurrection shit is stupid. yes akatsuki jobbed hard and most of them shouldn’t have gone out the way they did, but bringing them back to life is not the answer. i would rather madara uses mind control jutsu on a bunch of legendary rogue nins(jiraiya couldnt of been the only one) or some random elite nins that try to squash him before the war gets going.
bringing people back to life (even as zombies) is terribad writing.
BTW, I would laugh my ass off if Kabuto really only did it as a demonstration like he said and sent them away, thus negating all the bitching a bunch of people on various forums are doing right now.
Kabuto would have brought jman too but he can’t cuz jman is still alive. Ma frog is still alive, jman could have been reverse summoned too but he insists of staying a lil bit longer. Hopefully naruto picks up teleport ability to go along with that jutsu.
It would be funny if after Kabuto did the Edo Tensei he yelled April Fools at Madara.

Pretty much she a much better version of Sakura. She is less emotional about things than Sakura who cries alot.
Also she is actually quite funny. And I question Sakrura’s intelligence sometimes.
I could be mistaken but i remember that shodaime was the one that wanted peace and Nidaime was in charge of military operations for konoha at the time. Nidaime was the Danzo of that time, just less sneaky.
