I actually don’t like that the chidori and rasengan canceled out. I would have prefered for Sasuke to get wtf pwned by the Rasengan - putting him sorta in check.
And Madara saying sasuke will be the one to capture Naruto was obvious fore shadowing…
I think the weirdest part though was mentioning Kisame.
I have a gut feeling that with the loss of Kisame - Madara will go in on the 8 Tails…and destroy him within like one issue…using dat rasengan that he got from Tobi :arazz:

FnJ All the way!!! Dammit. We all felt like it was coming, but I always hold out hope to the end. I just hope sauce doesn’t break and turn all let’s be friends. Sauce HAS to go for Naruto to finally become a man who can hold the title of Hokage. That and I wanna see Sakura all bent over his grave crying. I’m still rolling over anti-hoe-no-jutsu, so I need my hatred fix. TenTen can take a kick to the face too and I’ll be good for a little bit, but you all know I’m about that Sakura hate.

Yeah, we want Naruto to call Sasuke out on being a bitch and smack him down…but that would be horribly out of character. Naruto has always been about not giving up, so having him give up on Sasuke - that would be bad writing. Plus, Naruto is on this whole change the world kick, and he can’t do that unless he’s willing to see it through to the end - so find a way to reform Sasuke (lol FnJ) rather than just beat him down and call it a day. It’s actually a really mature and deep character progression for him…but Kishi’s execution of it hasn’t always been up to par.

Its funny that Madara is “worried” about Kisame too…i thought everyone was expendable to him. When Pain went out he was just like, “oh well”
zetsu kinda stole the show. hidding in sasuke’s body the whole time as backup and the “aye, aye sir!” made me lol.
mmm…take out the rinnegan. intriguing. and it looks like madara does make use of zetsu’s ability to get new body parts while we get to see the usual hidden face teasing. damn you kishimoto :razzy:
