Peins share vision with Shinra Tensei is such a taijutsu killer.
He would have been zoned out, its a straight Gief vs Seth match-up, Pein only closes distance for a combo he KNOWS will land, and for the most part would be content gravity slamming him everywhere (something to be said about that 5 second rule though). From the moment Sasuke was introduced into the manga, he was always training. In Sasuke’s flashbacks, he was always training. Naruto hasn’t been grinding nearly as long as Sasuke.
Have you read this manga at all? Naruto has proven himself to be a genius time and again. No one recognized it in the beginning, but it’s clear now. Are you saying that simply because no one has praised him as a true genius that it doesn’t count?
No, Naruto was born with an extremely large amount of chakra that has the ability to chain the Kyuubi in addition to the Kyuubi itself. If you really think the Sharingan is greater than the Kyuubi then, again, you haven’t been reading. If that were the case, madara wouldn’t be after it for nearly the 4th time like some inept Scooby Doo villain. Madara didn’t run up on Kushina until she was weak. The first put the mud stomp on Madara initially because of the tailed beasts. You’re clearly missing a lot of things here.
Really? *Really? *Naruto’s very first power up was damn near instantaneous and free. He stole a scroll and mastered a forbidden technique in a few minutes. Because of that technique, he was able to train at a rate of nearly 1000 times faster than anyone in the manga for free. Remember how he beat the kyuubi? Kushina came back and held the kyuubi down for him with the 8 tails help. Almost all the techniques he learned were never mastered. he just figured out alternatives to them which were possible because of the clone jutsu he got in the very beginning.
As soon as Sasuke does we will, but you have to promise that you’ll read the reply. Don’t skim the pictures like you’ve been doing with the manga. They both get their fair share of powerups. It’s nowhere near as lopsided as fanboys believe.
Saskue has done his share of training, genius abilities aside. I’m on board with “let’s not over-hype Raikage”.
You also have to consider that Sasuke does practice through battles instead of the classical training montages. The Kage Summit was Kishimoto’s way of Sasuke’s training arc.
I definitely can agree with this, Sasuke (as much as I don’t like the guy) can take an ass beating and learn from it… Dude hasn’t out right won any battles (besides Danzo) but for damn sure you can measure the guys power level after every battle and it is even higher each freakin time
Naruto is clever, but that’s not the same as being a genius. The word that is used is Tensai which implies a prodigy who picks up things naturally and easily. Naruto hasn’t picked up any technique easily and naturally. You might argue he learned Kage Bunshin quickly, but that was after he spent an entire day doing nothing but practicing it. A “genius” would have picked it up in moments. I think Kakashi said the number of clones and the time Naruto spent learning Rasen Shuriken was the equivalent of 10 years. That’s not prodigy level learning ability.
Neji independently developed techniques that were purposely kept hidden from him. Kakashi figured out Rasengan and MGS. Sasuke secretly developed his elementally recomposed Chakra behind Orochimaru’s back. These are examples people with a natural knack. Naruto is clever, and very unpredictable, but he’s not a genius. Not like these other characters are.

We don’t know how Kakashi got MGS, and Kakashi didn’t figure out Rasengan, the fourth did. And it was incomplete. Naruto was the first to complete it by adding an element to it as the fourth intended. In addition, Naruto pretty much set the record for learning sage mode, and would have mastered it had it not been for his Fox’s chakra. You’re adding a connotation to the term genius where none is implied or exists. Creating jutsu doesn’t make you a genius. Lots of people develop them. Rock Lee didn’t develop any and he’s considered a “genius of hard work.” In addition, Naruto has always had to deal with the element of the fox’s chakra interfering with his jutsu and chakra control. You can’t judge his intellect or aptitude solely by the criteria of jutsu creation as you’re attempting to do.
LOL dude c’mon you talking like Naruto from the jump was clone training. He just learned to train like that during the pain arc. And Sasuke does have a killing eye tech amaterasu. So how can you say as soon as Sasuke does we will.

Both sas and naruto have trained true but we all have to agree that Naruto had to train longer and harder because he wasn’t born with that Uchiha pedigree. Thats like the central theme of naruto is that hard work can pay off.
Naruto needed the clone jutsu training just to have a training tech close or a couple of steps lower than the sharingan. Last time i checked you learn moves/techs fast because of the sharingan. You look at the move train your body a lil to match the speed then boom it’s yours. My fav chacter Kakashi is the copy nin because of said eye tech. Orochimaru wanted the sharingan for said reason to learn jutsu’s quicker.
Sasuke wouldn’t be the beast he is if not for the sharingan no? Dont we have sasuke with the advantage over naruto because of the sharingan? Its not like that now cause Naruto hasn’t even blended Sage mode with Rikudo Sennin mode yet.
So right now between Sasuke and Naruto I have Naruto with a slight edge until I see how Sasuke uses EMS cause thats a huge ?? right now.
I expect Sauce to snatch steal the Blackage’s lightning aura for his own universal jutsu boost. This would give him speed comparable to the 4th that his EMS would be able to keep up with, not to mention the natural boost all of his other lightning based jutsu stand to get. With taijutsu that potentially dwarfs blackage’s own (thx to ems), and the core of his Uchia breed tech (amaretsu, sussanoo, tu… the t word), Naruto may need to mix Sage mode and Rikudo Sennin mode just to break even.
Yea the problem is we have nothing to go by for Sasuke and his ems yet.
Sasuke b4 Ems is < Naruto. even sasuke knows that, thats why after talking to naruto he wanted itachi’s eyes right away.

The first time I read that I was like yep sasuke got that same feeling back when naruto fucked up that water tower and sasuke realized like oh shit naruto is currently stronger than me.
Sasuke can’t fool me with oh yea I want itachi’s eyes to totally break naruto spirit…nah hell no if sasuke felt like he could take out naruto at that time he would heal up, come back to konoha and just say ok Naruto what up!!
If sasuke went this route of no ems, Naruto wins that fight.
So right now we have to wait to see sasuke in action with the benefits of EMS which we dont totally know because madara is controlling all the info we get from the “power” of the ems.

Naruto is considered a genius. A crack pot, but a genius. He’s in a different category. Naruto has figured out a way to nigga rig damn near every technique he’s had, and his “unpredictability” is actually a part of that genuis. That shit he pulled with pain, all those fucking rocks being clones? You can’t tell me that half the cast would of come up with something like that. Naruto may not have the neji/sasuke type of genius, but the boy has done some pretty amazing things when it comes down to it.

Only other people shown to be as cleaver are kakashi, itachi, sasuke and shika…garaa has his moments.
