That’s the thing though, Yamato’s expendable now. Naruto’s taken total control of the Kyuubi (Rikudou mode), thus Yamato is not needed to suppress Kyuubi anymore.

I think Yamato is one of the few good characters that people like. He makes good use of his abilities, isn’t overly powerful, and yet isn’t fodder either. And he isn’t annoying.

it really is amusing how much better ninjas akatsuki are than the other villages though. kabuto’s like “hmmm this shit is impossible, let me grab this wood making nigga and get the fuck out of dodge” whereas tsunade and naruto’s side are almost always on some victory or death shit. also you got kisame icing himself in order to keep information secret, while konan (although she’s technically not with the villages) giving up the goods bcuz it didn’t occur to just destroy the rinnegan apparently.
Truth…everything they’ve done has been on real ninja shit as opposed to some warrior shit. Hell, Sasuke didn’t know his brother ‘was on mission’ until AFTER the ninja commited suicide in front of him…Kisame was on that strict ninja code shit…Hell even Deidara was using real ninja tactics to take Gaara.

granted kabutomaru’s seems to work somewhat differently with the summons being able to think and do shit on their own.
The jutsu has a ritual component that has to be prepped. He can’t just up and be like “Dat nigga died. I’ma call him back on the spot.”
