also before the manga came out i thought kisame might have a chance to survive, maybe because madara would show up or whatever. now though, him having lost samehada for good. its bye bye shark boy. not to mention hes already giving the info through the scroll and kabuto can use kisame anywayz after he dies. another one bites the dust. i hope that hell at least make gai go 8 tails and they both die. though it would be funny if during the clash of their last move their doing (shark, tiger) he manages to steal gais chakra during the clash.
either way next chapter will be gold, even bleach will be good next chapter. unless we get more senseless chatting and flashbacks.

Kisame is most likely shark bait (you see what I did there? ). His jacket is off, he’s sending info, and no Samehada. I can’t say what’ll happen to Gai though. I don’t think he’ll go anywhere. Too much of a fan favorite to go down. I think he’ll just smash on Kisame, get tired, and go take a nap or something. :snore:

naruto only healed that fast because of the fox’s chakra. Since it no longer flows constantly, he can no longer benefit from it in the same way. I think the point of showing the injury is to let you know that Naruto no longer has final attack paired with phoenix down anymore.

I think more than anything, we need the introduction of cool NEW characters… No need for us to backtrack too much with the story.

And while it was the fox’s chakra shroud that did the fast healing, there is no reason Naruto still can’t do it himself…
Besides…as the guy who specializes in clones…he doesn’t even have to move to fight. Just make clones of yourself to move you around shrug…

You’re making the assumption that Naruto can do everything he could before. That may not be the case. Things like the poison and auto-attack tails don’t seem to be part of his repetoire anymore. I don’t think we can assume anything about Naruto’s current capabilities based on the past.
Expanding on the manga’s existing characters is MUCH better than introducing more new characters. As it is now, most of the “supporting” characters in Naruto sadly get left in the dust (e.g., Shikamaru has basically been demoted to background character after his fight with Hidan, same thing with Sakura, etc.), which is one of the aspects of the manga that I’m disappointed with.
I dunno bout all that but some more drunken rock lee plz~ Ooooh imagine breaking the gates while drunk daaaaamn.
