Again, why get in a long drawn out battle with the 4th hokage. If each Hokage is supposed to be as powerful as the last, then the 4th wouldn’t be no walk in the park by all means. Hell, I would do the same damn thing. Even if I COULD curbstomp Minato, I wanna strike while the iron is hot. It’s the ultimate opportunity. Brute force would just get shit messed up.

Remember, this IS supposed to be a manga about ninjas. Madara did that shit Itachi style - made a quick and efficient plan to get what he wanted, and bounced. No need to fight if he didn’t have to.
I like how, with all this shit going on - Madara unleashing the kyuubi, Minato heading out to his final battle, Kushina on the verge of death and baby Naruto just having escaped death, Kishi still manages to give us as the final panel of the manga - Sasuke. Nice to see the Uchiha Hardon hasn’t gotten any softer.
Frankly I think jacking the baby was a damn good idea. Looking at the panels is seems that Minato can teleport anywhere within a radius of his special kunai; not only to the Kunai itself. Thusly the Kunai in the room hanging up. He just pops up in different places near those shits. Fuck fighting that bullshit, jack a baby!
Hell the baby was more useful to him alive, he knew Minato would save it thusly removing him from the question.

So where’s Minato and Kushina buried again? I think Kishi uses a lot of Da Vinci Code jk style symbols. Minato was all about husband/father, then he puts on the pimp coat and he’s the 4th hokage - responsible for Konoha. Akatsuki takes off their coat, they’re dead. I’m all for Madara’s plan here, I mean while Madara is supposed to be one of the strongest ninjas to ever live… so is Minato. He took the easy route which while maybe not noble or some crap here was easily the most ninja way of doing it. Which is what this story is supposed to be about past all the Sasuke love and peace nonsense.
