Ok you talented people Tat Guy told me that what I am asking for is beyond his skill set. I am opening this up again. I am rather set on this image because of some lighting effects I want to try out. I want to thank Tat Guy for finding this image as it is perfect for what I am planing.
I am looking to have the tails finished out. I want it colored like the second image. The only difference I am wanting from the second image is not to have the big white rasingun in the background. For placement on the stick I want his head to end up between the joystick and the buttons This will be a 6 button Japanese layout with a little extra room between the stick and buttons. The image size is 10 3/4" x 7 7/8" with a little extra just to be safe. The background can be different just as long as it is dark. The aura around Naruto is the nine tail fox chakra. That is what I want to ‘light up’ I plan on using two sheets of plexi one behind and one in front. The back sheet will be sanded (frosted) to help defuse the light. Then it will be masked so only the area where Naruto is will be exposed to the LED light from below. My hope is that this will make the aura look like it’s glowing.
If you are an artist that feels up to the task I am willing to discuss a fee.
the fact that the pic is going on a stick is pretty intimidating imo, since kaytrim makes really damn good sticks
judging from the fan art forum people are willing to spend a lot of time coloring stuff for free, its just that now theres a sort of (very high) “minimum quality” that it can be so less people are willing to try
i could be totally wrong though
maybe a little freedom in how to color it might help, since the 2nd pic is pretty complicated
what the heck is going on in that pic anyways? i might give it a shot but to be honest im not that great at the whole digital painting stuff

What I’d say, and wasn’t able to convey when I was working on it, is that when trying to do this you’d probably need to contact the person who colored it in.
He’d probably still have the original file, and if you gave him a small commission he’d probably give you a version like you want. Otherwise it’d constitute just rendering it, but you get the risk of a it looking choppy. . .
Thanks Kabal, file is attached to this post. I can take an Illustrator file when you are done. Use this layout from SlagCoin but only 6 buttons and increase the space between the stick and buttons by 10-20 mm.
