  1. It’s too early to tell but at least CC2 is trying to make their game balanced and more deeper by making KnJ a bit more restrictive and the battle system more flexible.

  3. We live in the same city, I mained Karin back when I used to play NUNS2 (lol) and I had the best Karin online (at least that’s what I think since a majority of online played as Naruto, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Itachi) :lol: Here’s to hoping Anko and Kurenai make it as well.

KnJ meter? What a nonsense. Why just not bind KnJ to chackra meter?

Because CC2 seems intent on wanting Chakra regen to be virtually free in this game, and if that’s how Chakra is then I’m all for the KnJ Meter, seeing as how I don’t want the game to be another KnJ fest again. :shake:

But it would be better if KnJ took a chunk of Chakra though.

3.) thats pretty sick, how was Karin tier wise? I dont watch Naruto anymore and I havent played a competitivley sinc eslash of Ninja 2 for Gamecube btw so a lot of the new characters and systems I’m not familiar with, I just know Shikamaru is the most badass forever. but i might play Shino, Kakashi, Zabuza (if hes in it) Kiba, and Itachi maybe.

Karin was pretty garbage, but I played as her anyway because I’m a sucker for glasses, thigh highs (dat Zettai Ryouiki), and her Tsundere attitude. :lovin: Anyway all she had going for her was her grab and tilt that’s pretty useful to use as a meaty and they trigger Strike Back as well. Her jutsu is good in the sense that it inflicted random status ailments on the opponent if they don’t block it. It can surprisingly be used to block against projectiles as well if used at the right time. :lol:

2.) I’ll buy both of them, but dont see myself putting in a lot of time with them. KOF maybe, but skull girls seems a lot like doujin fighters/blazblue, which I have and like some but I’m just bad at them.
3.) Heh heh, I feel you, I play some pretty low tier characters at times too (Ness in Smash Bros, Dan in SFIV, V.Joe in MvC3) If you have a grab going for you, thats good in my eyes at least. So you live in San Diego?? Play any other games/make it out to any events?

Considering one of the other complaints about the previous games was the spamming of special attacks, it might have been interesting if KnJ could be, for example, used any time you have more than 50% chakra, and it uses up all of your remaining chakra.

Normal attacks might have more function then, since people would be low on chakra fairly often. Maybe that would be slow/boring though, dunno.

Agree with Eternal Blaze :tup: I suggested another attack button if possible, to at least reduce “mashing” on one attack button and hopefully open up more combo possibilities, so I can finally play another Naruto game since UNS1 o_O
I still see this as UNS2 with more characters -_- CC2 did such an awesome job creating UNS1, but then it kinda fell apart on UNS2 with HUGE unbalanced characters and now another cash-in with more characters…
