Yeah we’ll run Classic Mode with classic sprites. Maybe its because I don’t play Classic, but is there an option for the original music? If so then yes that’s also a given.

OK, so Classic ST will be on PS3 and HDR sides will be on 360? I need to know if I need to bring both my 360 and PS3 sticks (or my PS2 stick and two adapters

^waiting on Silver to decide which platform to play on… we could do either but i think running Classic on 360 might suit the shcedule better

we just ran a local tourney this tuesday night (everyone give riotgaurd a congrats since he won) at the venue we’re using for NTC… and it was pretty awesome… projector worked fine, no lag… setups worked great no power outages or fires… and we got sponsor support from the venue and the gamestop located in the mall… we’re looking good

Hoping to come out to this with a couple friends. Sounds like a lot of fun! I’m down for 3S, SSF4, and I will try MvC3 even though I’ve never touched MvC2 =P
Pretty sure every SF2 will be on Xbox 360, it’s the better version of the two and most players use it.
That’s good, then we don’t have to wait on stations being used for SSF4 or other games. I’ll bring the 360 stick then. I have a 360 SF4 TE stick I can bring also, if someone needs a stick.
Actually if anyone there wants to buy my 360 TE stick I’m looking to sell it. Only been taken out of the box twice to test it, all it does is sit in the box in my basement (I don’t like Jap style sticks so I use my custom HAPP).
Classic Singles has been decided to be ran on 360 so as not to interfere with the MvC3 or SSF4 tournaments (but if need be we’ll run a few matches of the latter events on 360)… we’ll have one or two UTE cabinets running HDR Classic in the house too just cause we can do that

With SSF4 it’s gonna get crowded in that theater room. I bet we can fit a setup on each floor where that side area is. It goes back into the arcade behind a door. I’m not describing this too well.
Will there be someone on staff to watch the setups in the arcade for the casuals? We may want to be watchful for randoms in the mall going back there to play. I’m sure we can have Tilt rope off that back area.
yup we got that covered, i got volunteers to work… for lack of a better word security… and we have a secure room to lock stuff up in if we need to
and yes Tron’s assists are allowed, the rules i got are more about ratio than assists i guess… anything amiss with that?.. i really don’t know
I dunno it’s just my opinion that tron’s projectile assist is ridiculously good and can make pretty much any team top tier.

I’m no expert on MvC2 LT but I think it was Devistation in Arizona this year had MvC2 LT and I remember seeing everyone enjoyed that particular rule set up, that might be worth going back and looking up.
