Those macros will be set to off before the match begins.
Even though im not a pad player, I can imagine hitting 3p or 3k to be pretty hard. Thing is, sometimes hitting 3p on a stick isnt even perfect either (for me anyway).
So if like a gief player on pad with 3p will get perfect lariets everytime when sometimes I cant on stick. 
I can hit 3x P/K fine on my Saturn pad. IMO people need better hardware if they have probs with Street Fighter moves in 2008.

Yeah all those characters are pretty well balanced. Seth takes damage so badly its laughable.
