I’ve been eyeing Dhalsim, he seems so pesky. I like Balrog too, he’s just seems so commonplace in every tourney (probably easy to use I’m guessing?)

Rufus seems pretty good, everything feels so safe and user friendly.
Hes VERY good. Definately one of the easier characters to play with lots of reward.

Just block low against rufus. done.
His dive kick hits low if i remember right. One of gooteck’s podcasts has bobino on and they talk about rufus and how he’s worthless if the other player just remembers to pretty much always block low.
but things might of changed since then, so idk.
Block too much = you getting thrown a lot by rufus. His normal throws are some of the most powerful.

Rufus can have a lot of shenanigans with that dive kick. That messiah kick is something else too.

Hey guys, hit me up on psn if you want to practice sfiv or hd remix before the tournament, i added a few of you guys who are coming to this event.
Yeah Gamestop said they’d try and get me a new one and if they can’t, I’ll send it in to madcatz. I spoke with them on the phone today and they said they for sure will replace it or repair it. Either way, I want to know I have a fully working pcb before I mod it.

I used my SE stick for 7 hours straight and no complaints. shrugs
Couldnt just been bad wiring or something who knows, but nice that you should be getting a new one for free.

It will occasionally start to register random directions and start jumping without me even touching the thing. The toggle switches are all set to what they should be aswell.

No PC functionality. My PC can recognize it as a controller but pushing a button or moving the stick results in no action.

The home button will not work when trying to launch a PS2 game. Again, the toggle switch is set to unlock. While I don’t play PS2 games on my PS3, it was part of my testing.

As far as I can tell the only working part of the turbo circuit is the light as it does not have any turbo functionality. Not a problem but when I pay for something I expect it to work.

both Down+back directions are about 50/50 with regards to whether you’ll get a down+back. This is true even when at the corner of the gate. A square gate should achieve a 100% success rate for this direction as it is one of the cardinal points on a square gate.

I don’t think Murderous Tails is pleased. That’s crazy though, it’s like they put a Virtual Boy pcb in yours. They better ship that to you overnight.
