id be willing to donate lots of money to see the best Naomi games on ggpo in the near future. but i do belive that ggpo will have to run trough its testing fases first. after implementing Cps3 games the natural choice would be to implement Naomi after that. it has great games Cvs2 is really popular, MvC2 is pretty good , Guilty Gear has its own fan group independent of the SF and SNK games. and theres also the SFA3 upper if im not mistaken on the naomi board. i belive that there will be more people playing GGPO in japan than there are people NOT playing Ggpo in japan soon.
I did discover this weekend I can run near-full speed MvC2 on NullDC already, so why…?
Yeah it seems for fighters at least, it may be a better bet to wait on a Dreamcast emulator. How quickly CPS3 was cracked until it was implemented is unusual.
“Wait” on a Dreamcast emulator ? nullDC runs almost everything fine at full speed on mid-range PCs.
i’ve been playing CVS2 on NullDC for more than 6 months now 
MVC2 works too with some minor visual artifacts, but i don’t like it

Uh, only Guilty Gear X+ and I believe Isuka are on Atomiswave.

Considering DrkRazII has made a post since late April, it very well could be.
Finally… GD-ROM encryptation was now fully understand so its seems that the REAL era of NAOMI emulation is coming!
Dreamcast/NAOMI/Atomiswave uses a 200Mhz SH4 chip.
To put it in perspective, the Sega Saturn / ST-V uses two 28MHz SH-2 CPUs. MAME disables one of these for most games (as plenty of programmers struggled to use both CPUs, and simply ignored one of them). To play games like SHienryu and Radiant Silvergun smoothly (60FPS), you need about a 2.5-3GHz Intel Core2 / AMD Athlon64 processor (actual CPU GHz, nor marketing ratings).
MAME won’t have playable Dreamcast/NAOMI/Atomiswave for some time to come yet. But as mentioned, there are plenty of people working on hardware accellerated versions of similar emulators, so they might be the answer.
