Feeling lucky? Guess what thats my opinion… So I don’t judge yours, but putting it out there. Because once you hear Blue Skies, and DAAAYYTONNANAAAA ITTSS COOOMIINGG, or G A M E O V E R Game over game over GAME! OVER!. Yoour hooked, also I was insane, and played that game to death, I played burnout, not my cup of tea, great game, but no Daytona.
Naomi is a much better choice for emulation, since it has the most untainable games to us. Model 3, support would be nice though, but I think Naomi, is still a good choice. The name is Multiple Arcade, so hopefully we’ll see em both. 
WOW I would seriously donate 100$ to play cvs2 on ggpo…imagine if everyone would give 10$…that game would probably be on ggpo faster than you think.
uh no. that would take a very very long time, if at all. we havent even added 3s yet, which is much bigger than cvs2 and its on the same emulator that ggpo uses,
First of all, Burnout is absolute SHIT! Please don’t mention burnout ever again. It sucked then and it sucks now. It can’t begin to hold Daytona, SuperGT or Sega Rally’s jock.
I appreciate what R.Belmont and the rest of the guys are trying to do, but isn’t it somewhat of a waste of time, seeing as how mame relies on CPU power and doesn’t support hardware 3D acceleration? It’ll take YEARS to get a pc with a cpu strong enough to run 3D games properly in mame. What the guys really need to be doing is helping drkRazielII with nullDC, since he is a LOT closer to getting Naomi games running properly on it, than the mame team. nullDC already runs a ton of DC games at full speed with sound, and drkRaz already indicated that he expects to make fantastic progress very soon.
But fuck all that…what REALLY has my dick hard is Nebula. El Semi is the fucking man! We’re gonna have arcade PERFECT Model 2 emulation THIS YEAR BABY!!!

Yup! Peabo sent ElSemi a full Daytona USA board as well as a filter board in good condition. ElSemi has said he expects to make great progress once he gets to the meat and bones of the board. Daytona USA, Indy 500, and Sega Rally, all arcade perfect on the big screen and with the wheel Toodles is working on for me…it should :rock:
Once Nebula is pretty much done with, I am going to PM ElSemi and see if he would be interested in taking over the Super Model emu from Ville. It is said that Ville is suffering from a terrible WoW addiction. I hope he recovers 
As for Naomi, drkRazielII will DEFINITELY have Naomi games running at full speed with sound in nullDC way way WAAAAAAY before any of the mame guys get them running in mame. Guaranteed!
What you’re forgetting is that one of the goals of the MAME project is to DOCUMENT these systems so if one felt like writing an emulator that supported 3D acceleration in hardware or other speed hacks.
Someone like, I don’t know, the nullDC team.
I too am suffering from this terrible affliction, but still happy to see more progress being made on this.
