Namco's "ball" joystick

Ok buddy, the Namco has a HORI pcb, not a PS1 dual shock. the PS1 pads work BETTER with converters and custom sticks than PS2 hacked ones do. The Hori PCB is DIFFERENT. All you have to do to make it work with the converters is mod the inside to a PS1 Dual Shock PCB. Problem solved.

How would I do this?

re wire the buttons and stick to a PCB, look it up in the big custom arcade stick thread.
