I followed this guide:
Arcadestick`s Namcomod!
Thanks for JDM for providing this article out of nowhere. There is no hole on the bottom of the metal plate, but the JLF is taller.
i wish i saw that link a week ago
possible if you can link me to a namco template?
You can find the namco template at tek-innovations.com, done by Art Hong. I was so happy that he made a Namco panel to protect the art design.
That Megaman mod looks fantastic.
I miss my Namco. I picked one up because of this thread but ended up selling it when I built a supergun. I found the stick was more ideal for shmups than fighters, my particular stick was a little janky. My favorite thing were those buttons, though. Feel like Seimitsus but flatter and with more pushback.

That was her before I let her go.
Got my Namco today.
Absolutely pristine; I donāt even feel like giving it an art mod now, it is that clean.
Gonna be a heartache drilling 2x 24mm holes though (Guide & Neutrik).
edit
planned art mod:

You know the only thing I have ever changed about my Namco has been the spring. (When I got it the spring was stock so I swapped it with a JLF spring and it perked right back up.), but those two mods up there have made me a little green with envy.
change more and join us!

got two namcos from ebay not too long ago, really good sticks, surprised on how comfortable the stick and the buttons wereā¦even though havenāt used them on a live system yet.
got a shell from trading outlet a while ago and did a modest mod yesterday.
used a stick from hori FS3 with 6 seimitsu buttons.
got around without a dremel and put an LS-32-01 in.

I am looking for the original Namco joystick that have the black accelerator. Anyone have that piece that they donāt need??? PM me if you are will to part with it. Thanks for the help. xD
I got a nice new in box Namco Arcade stick (found it on ebay)ā¦looked the thing over carefully (looking for fingerprints) and as far as I can tell it was indeed new (Iām OCDā¦so I donāt like to buy used controllersā¦you donāt even want to know how many times I wash my hands a day; and THAT is with me on my meds). I used to have a Namco years and years backā¦but I got rid of it because I needed to make space and I didnāt value it as much as I should. Iāve regretted that decision ever sinceā¦and I jumped at the chance to get a new one!

Now I just need to get a new American style stick to replace my heavily modded X-Arcade. Iām thinking of a MAS or perhaps getting a HAPP/IL based stick through B15SDM. I like to have both an American and a Japanese style stick (my brother is getting my old Hori Real Arcade Pro, as I prefer the NAMCO) even though I generally play with the American style stick due to preference.
Edit: Iāll add that the Namco stick is perhaps the most gorgeous joystick design Iāve seen.
too bad it doesnt have the most gorgeous paint on it, if you keep playing, it will come off.
I thought the namcoās coloring was dyed plastic⦠facepalm.
The plastic case is molded out of gray plastic, not painted.
He probably means the top metal plate.
Couldnāt find any online so, request for pics of PS3 Six Axis + Shin JN/Toodles adapter installed step by step/final.
