After playing with a “Where is Waldo” book (sunday SUCKS), and being a huge fan of Rockman, the two of them merged in my mind, then on Photoshop, and i had a Namco laying in my bedroom.

Got Two more namco, the next will have the surface covered with strass, but it takes FOREVER to get it finished.

wish i never sold mine. i was too used to the happ stick i built at the time and never gave the namco any love. ended up selling to another srk member:sad:
just got done playin’ some 3rd Strike with my Namco (thanks meus!). it really is as good as everyone says. all i want to do is to restore the stock parts (new switches and such). if i pick up a couple more down the road, i’ll mod and/or add art to them

Holy HELL what is in that crazy mishmash of wires?! That looks like a custom JAMMA wiring harness made for a PlayStation 2 in there, along with a Total Control (dunno which number) PS1/2 to Dreamcast converter, an Innovation converter, some weird USB connector, and a power cord? coolsteel, fill me in here, what came in that lot? :wow:
EDIT: Also gonna ask, is your avatar of the 0 Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam 00? It’s gotta be from either that or something from SEED/SEED Destiny, since Sunrise didn’t use CG coloring for Gundam until after Turn A Gundam premiered.

Yes those converter are hard to find this days. There is seller selling for 39.99 dollars on ebay but it has to be 2 in 1 converter that be plug in saturn and ps2 pad for dc.
Basically! I lucked out on mine though; I got a literally brand new one for $40.00 shipped; it even still had the $24.99 store price sticker and bar code on it! :lol:
On average, I’ve seen Innovation converters go for $40.00 - $50.00 here on SRK’s Trading Outlet. It’s no wonder; they’re the best converters ever for both stick and pad enthusiasts alike who own a Dreamcast.
Mine has keyboard input also. Does this compromise the input quality?
That’s quite shocking to hear. I picked mine up back when I picked up my Dreamcast and the going rate for the converter was just like $10 bucks. I just picked it up to assess its quality and I just remembered why I keep it around. Typing of the Dead is just too much fun.
Fear not FreezerB, the Innovation converter is 100% lagless for all 3 ports, be it Saturn port, PlayStation port, or PS/2 keyboard port. They’re all lagless. Honestly, the Innovation converter is probably the best converter ever made relative to the system it was made for. It had SO much damn functionality and was compatible with the PS1 and PS2 gear, which was excellent since the arcade games on the Dreamcast were great! I loved Guilty Gear X and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure!
Damn. That’s definitely good to know. Although, I could have assumed it was lagless just judging by the TotD action that converter has seen.
