hopefully my namco will be optical soon. can’t wait to get that ascii stick into it.

I saw one of this used for the PS1 with military stamp patterns on the face plate (special edition according to the box) in Trader, Akihabara but it was so smelly (some Japanese gamers are heavy smokers!) that I decided to pass on it. I regret it now >_<’
Just now seeing this thread…some of you have probably seen my Sanwa Flash1 Namco sticks. If I didn’t have the optical sticks I would definately have kept everything stock but I love the form factor/portablility of this old school arcade stick…haven’t even touched my MadCatz TE
I got it signed by Yoshinori Ono at the Gamestop Nationals in San Francisco and he added his own Capcom logo lol!
i didn’t know how popular these were after all these years…must try to get a stock Namco stick now
My second namco just came in but I’m thinking I’ll only need one of these!
It’s got an incredibly tiny rust spot on the top but absolutely none on the bottom. I think Kasprfoto already claimed this one from me, but we’ll see when it’s finalized. If not, I’ll probably do a full restore on this bad boy.
