because my stick only works on the DC and if you’re not ever touching 3S on the DC again, then i might as well start from pad again
that and ggxx. you guys exclusively playing reload now or what? because either way, i’ll be back exclusively on a ps2 pad, it seems… since only big Mike’s stick(s) works on the ps2 (not including bort)… unless Stefan got his fixed such that it doesn’t fritz every other second? and if we have more than 4 people playing at once, we’ll end up using pads

Maobei, always the worry-wart. The only game(s) that get played for PS2 are 3s and AE (technically, the same game). There’s still #R and all of the DC fun available. We could really use more sticks that work with PS2, and since both Mike’s old stick and my stick seem to not like PS2 sporatically (they still sort of work), we’re not left with many options. It might be time for some of the “stickless people” to ante up. All I know is, I have a stick and I would be content playing #R and DC (I’d still like to play PS2 at some point).
It’s hard for me to justify getting another stick for myself just so that I can play PS2, when I already have a stick that can play DC, Xbox and sometimes PS2. I know that many of us are not necessarily in a great financial position to buy a stick, but present-giving holidays are coming quite soon and I hope that Santa (or Hannukah Harry) can help deliver an end to pad-playing madness.
Also, as far as I’m concerned, #R is the GG game of choice now. I know that everyone else’s characters got “raped”, but that’s not my fault now is it :bgrin:? They’re still ranked above both of my characters in the ranking charts.
GG Ranking Charts are always dependant on who plays who.
No weight should be put in to those rankings, simply because they’re just a snapshot of a certain group of peoples idea of how characters stack up against eachother that particular week. Next week, they’re so different than the were the previous week that it makes me wonder if they get a new release of the GG in question every time a new ranking system comes out.
well. i’ll be giving Baiken a serious get-go this weekend. and i’ve been trying out some Johnny tactics, i hope they’re easier to time in reload
oh right. and i HAVE to try out some Dizzy stuff since Rob insists on not doing some weird-ass combo i keep talking out my ass about hehe

I’ve almost got the loops down Maobei. I swear he has like 20 more starters now. Crazy. Reload will be the GG version that’s played. I’m sure Bort is Ps2 ready. So I was thinking Mike can play on bort and we’d just switch off playing him on my black stick. I’ll probably pick up the Xbox converter that Stefan has so we’ll have more xbox sticks.
But seriously, people need to get themselves a stick. Damn. Get a converter.

Also, I WILL NOT be playing 3s on DC…it’s just so bad now that PS2 is out. Re-learning all my Tanden Renki combos for DC just inna gonna happen.

My stick puzzles me. I just got done playing like 2 hours of AE without a single incident. However, both 3s and GGXX usually give my stick trouble (although I haven’t tried either one lately). Go figure.
LOL…I have a stick too. I’m thinkin about selling it though or maybe for trade of a game I want really badly…hint!!! :badboy:
But then again I could learn how to play on stick for Tekken 5 (sorry guys I said the “T” word)!!! :sad:
And since I don’t own 3S it will be interesting to play this weekend, cause I’m comin for sure…and will bring my stick!!!
BTW: If I get a ride…I could bring another T.V. :tup: It’s car friendly and shows really nice for game-play! Cause I know we’re gonna have lots of people over and stuff…so yha know!!!
