Yo! I recently played through the PS1 version of MGS1 and got the Big Boss rank. I recorded the whole thing, and here are the results:
Some notes about the run:

Between each segment, I died a lot.

I skip all of the cutscenes and codec dialogue. There are a few unskippable cutscenes, though.

There are definitely some better strategies for certain areas that I didn’t use. For example, I learned you can use the Stinger in the second Sniper Wolf battle. There’s also a way to kill Vulcan Raven with the Nikita.

I didn’t submit during the torture segment because I knew I was making good time at that point.
