My idea for the ultimate 3d all-female fighting game

Hole shit that game looks awesome, I’m actually downloading the demo for it now.

Pancakes for EVO.

:u: This!

I don’t know man, people might say you stole too much from Street Fighter 2. You should go with less modes.

OK, I know what camel toes are, but what are these pancakes and are they part of a complete breakfast?

Pancake money matching at Evo? first to 10 pancakes for 50 sounds good. Who can flip the most up in that Cesars.

damn, all games need a pancake mode.

I’m thinking of replacing versus with Reaction battle, which charges players with quickly hitting random buttons. Hitting an incorrect button will result in power failure and electrical fires.

Of course, there would be lots of bone breaking in this game.

This is guy right here… he is a
GENIUS!:wow:

Dude, whats not to get… You can* totally* see their BEAVE~

The million dollar ideas just keep coming! There’s no end in sight!

Another option featured in the game would allow you to enable (or disable) a “down system”, when one player’s health guage is emptied, the round doesn’t start over, it still continues after her health regenerates.

It’s like he stole the idea right from another game! HOW DOES HE DO IT?!:wow:

It’s actually inspired from the down system in Vampire Savior.

And killer instinct…:coffee:

Not to mention that it would be in each round, not the whole match itself.

THAT is… SO BRILLIANT!

YOU SIR! ARE A GENIUS!

I just decided to make a fake interview of an interviewer from IGN with the designer of the game.

IGN: It is a pleasure meeting with you. Im sure you got very big plans for your new game.
Watashi Fujikata: I am very honored to have you here with us. We indeed have a lot of things going on with our upcoming game. Were looking to make something that no company has done before.

Q: When did you form your company?
A: We started out as small group of hardcore fans of the fighting genre. Weve been making all kinds of simple 2d and 3d fighters the past decade, but now weve decided to move forward and head toward the mainstream market.

Q: What made you get into the fighting genre?
A: It all started when we played Street Fighter II at the arcades back in 1991. It completely changed me and my friends lives of how wed play video games. It put a huge momentum shift in our competitive ways of gaming. Then two years later, we encountered Virtua Fighter. It was one of the most awe-inspiring games I ever had the joy of playing. That was when we really got into fighting. Its created a gaming community like no other. We always enjoyed playing 2d fighters from major companies such as Capcom, SNK, and Arc System Works, but the 3d genre is where our interest in fighting really shines, and our absolute favorites are Virtua Fighter, Tekken, Dead or Alive, and Soul Calibur.

Q: Seems like you guys have come a long way, hows the development going in your newest game?
A: Were still in very early stages of development. We still havent given our title an official name yet, so for now were calling it Project Ryona.

Q: When people started hearing about this, some are concerned of how sexist this game may be. Whats your response to that?
A: Well were not exactly trying to make it promote sexism, but rather a rare concept for fighting games that has been terribly overlooked.

Q: What exactly is the game about?
A: When it comes to plot or actual storyline, were not really aiming for that. However, were making a story mode so people can know more about the games characters.

Q: How many characters do you plan on making?
A: In the total roster (including unlockables), were including as much as 22 characters. We want to make an exciting cast of characters.

Q: Will we see alot of costumes for the characters in the game?
A: You bet, every character will have a total 8 costumes, but they will all be starting with 3, so you can unlock all the rest. Weve come up with some pretty glamorous designs for them so keep a lookout for future announcements.

Q: People have been quite into the use of ghosts ever since Tekken 6 came out. Do you plan on using ghosts as well as a ghost battle mode?
A: (laughs) We are very well aware of the reception of ghost sharing in Tekken 6 and that people look forward to seeing it in other fighters. Unfortunately, we have no plans of having such a feature for the games initial release.

Q: What kinds of stages will we be seeing?
A: Different kinds. You will be seeing more than one type of stage. One of the types are multi-tiered similar to the DOA series. Some stages can also be unlocked.

Q: When we heard about the amount of modes that will featured, we were pretty psyched to know more about them. What kinds of modes do you plan on using?
A: First, you will be seeing all the usual modes such as arcade, story, time attack, survival, practice, versus, and team battle. It will also include fan favorites such as tag battle, tutorial mode, and watch mode. Thats not all though, we will also create our own kinds of modes, both single player and versus.

Q: Can you tell us what kinds of things that will be in some of the modes?
A: In arcade mode, which isnt just a single player mode, you can also have a friend jump in and challenge you, like in a real arcade fighter. On top of that, there is an option to allow people challenge you at anytime youre playing the mode. In versus mode, unlike most fighters when you need a friend to play with, you can also play the mode on your own against a CPU, sorta like a quick battle. One special mode were making is a chessboard-type mode that combines the elements of a fighter and a chess-style strategy game.

Q: Can you explain more about this special mode?
A: It is inspired by the game Wrath Unleashed. Two players can select different characters for each kind of class. Once you defeat your opponents prime character, you win. In online mode however, up to four players can fight each other at the same time in a game of last man standing. We are looking to make it as compelling as possible.

Q: Whats online mode got to offer?
A: We cant give too many details at the time, but it will have many different features such as online rankings, lobby battles up to six players, and online matchmaking.

Q: How much unlockable content will the game have?
A: All kinds, ranging from characters, costumes, stages, modes, pictures, movies, and tons of other goodies.

Q: Will the game have downloadable content?
A: Most definitely. Even if you unlocked everything in the game shortly after release, there will still be plenty of DLC to come, like new characters, costumes, and some even bigger surprises.

Q: Do you plan on making a sequel in the future?
A: Well have to see depending on the games sales once it releases.

Q: What parts of the world will it be shipped?
A: Primarily Japan, North America, Europe, and Australia. Well later think where else it will be shipped.

Q: Any other things you wish to share before we go?
A: All I can say is, stay tuned for more details in the future, cause what you just heard is only a glimpse of what were planning to offer. Were very exciting with how the games turning out. We have a long way to go, but
development has been so far so good this time around.

Q: Well Id like to thank you for being here.
A: You too as always.

Rumble Roses will still be better.

this thread is still going? it must be a practice in e-sarcasm by now, huh?
