Thanks everyone for the feedback! Working on the Joe Higashi right now, just simply enlarging it and tracing it with photoshop, pen tool, ink, etc… simple stuff.
I looked up some vids on youtube, I think I might end up going to a printshop and getting them to do a high quality glossy sticker print once I paste the artwork on the template. Hopefully that’ll be good enough, at least for this first stick.
