Yes. Psylocke’s AAA sets up an unrollable OTG, which then allows Mag’s cr.hk to bounce the opponent up in the air after the OTG cr.lk and combo into Hyper Grav.
I wonder if you could go cr.A -> call Wesker’s Samurai Edge -> cr.C xx Hyper Grav? Perhaps Samurai Edge could OTG the opponent before they get a chance to roll?
Only thing that worries me about MvC3 Magneto is his lifebar. I’ve yet to see a video of decent-level MvC3 play where Mags DIDN’T get his face blown off before he could get any momentum going and run screaming to the back ranks to get his red life back. Granted, running into walls of pain isn’t a new strategic problem for Mags, but it seems like his (one) weakness in MvC2 is only going to get worse for MvC3.
That said, I still have him near the top of my list of characters to try out. The thrill of that speed is impossible to ignore. If I can recreate the five-fierce combo in MvC3, I’ll be quite satisfied.
I know man. Seriously, Mags has just abysmal stamina. It might be as bad as Chun-Li or Trish.
As for five fierce, I can only see that being possible with X-factor. I don’t think we’ll have a character that is faster than flying screen itself this time around lol. But Mags is basically his MvC2 self during X-factor.
Also, another thing I noticed… [media=youtube]qxAbRmOiqvo&feature=player_detailpage#t=182s"[/media]. Another subtle nerf, as it has damage scaling come into effect sooner than normal (especially since the throw’s damage itself is ass).
Is Magnetic Blast not affecting gravity (HOW IRONIC) a buff or nerf? He could stay in the air a little longer with it, but now it serves a better purpose on rushdown as we’ve seen. Possible lockdowns.
…Although you’d just get AG’d away if you use it lol.
A couple of things Keits mentioned on Wakeup SRK if anyone didn’t listen to it.
About his triangle jump, it seems that you need to be a bit higher in this game to go for overheads with it, otherwise instantly trijumping with him will ground him, just like Iron Man from the very early builds. Same thing applies with Storm.
Still good for mixups though, since if you just change the timing of the triangle jump you can go for overhead with J.B into a ground combo or string, or fake them out and go for the hit confirmable lows with multiple cr.As. Also don’t use J.A when trijumping.
If it helps you with those mixups, then sure. Keits also mentioned J.E could work too for Trijumps, and a lot of his air normals are airdash cancelable
Also, he said EM disruptor is better in this game I believe. Faster recovery and whatnot.

Too bad Magneto can’t combo into his own with Hyper Gravitation. Oh well. According to… who was it, Seth Killian? Haggar has Psylocke-like properties with his Lariat assist? Maybe then you could use the Mayor to replace Psylocke to combo into Hyper-Grav.
I could see Chun’s Hyakaretsukyaku assist allowing that for sure. If only Magneto had a move besides Supers that hit OTG, then he could maybe do Magic series, E , air series, E, OTG move, Chun li LLegs assist, Hyper Grav.
