Are marn and clockw0rk still in this?
the stream commentary was absolutely horrible with the exception of magus who is a good commentator when his friends arent around. i’d like to hear a magus/ultradavid combo, magus with the color commenbtary and UD with the play by play. great team imho if they get along.
either way UD and killian are my favorite commentators cause they give useful info while commentating, whereas magus is also knowledgeable but can be really funny sometimes also.

Which one of the commentators was Magus because none of the ones I’ve heard so far watching the archive are convincing me that I wouldn’t be better off muting the video.
what time does marvel come on today?
.
dude in the I.R.S. outfit with the tie. unfortunately he kept getting sidetracked by darry so his commentary wasnt all that great, and he does show his salt about certain things alot… which is uncalled for, but when hes doing it right hes pretty damn good and knowledgeable both in frames and match psychology , which is why i like UD to commentate with him, keep him in check (slightly).

Oh, ok. The guy who’s trying to look like Buddy Holly. Yeah, not really a fan.
Magus is Magus1234 from the forums, and the skinny hipster with glasses on the mic.
Don’t know why but I can never stand UD commentary, I don’t hate it, I just would never wish to have him commentate over someone else.
S-kill and Sp00ky are the two best commentators in my opinion. They have great energy when watching matches, they have competent knowledge of the game, they are very good at reading whats actually going on in the players minds, and when they nerdgasm it’s the best kind of nerdgasm.
But I think everyone would agree, they just wouldn’t work well as a duo.
Does anyone know how Wong is doing in MvC3 pool? He seems to be completely off form lately, and I am still not convinced that he is taking the threat of Phoenix seriously if he’s sticking to his She-Hulk-Wolverine-Akuma team.
strange that you dont like UD. maybe he can be a little monotone and he does repeat the same stuff alot: "oh i dont like that i think he could have done better"
and just generally his overall commentary seems really focused on punishing… but besides that he usually has some great insights into gameplay and psychology like talking about whats going through players minds and whatnot. magus had some good calls yesterday as well. UD seems to sound “most” like a commentator out all of them. his play by play is good in my mind.
i dont remember spooky commentating, just announcing dates and stuff… but if its the same guy im thinking of he kind of gets on my nerves… i think its his voice.
but i completely agree on seth. hes the man. got that inside info from capcom, and the best skillwise of any commentator besides like yipes.
viscant seems to be tossing his hat into the fold with random commentary as well, i’d like to see him polish up his skills a bit… he tends to ramble and get sidetracked, but he always has good info, which is my number one criteria for good commentary.
Haha xD that guy was sickening. Especially after saying, “I respect that! I respect that!” when F.Champ was going off on Julio after losing in AE. Started pacing back and forth after dropping his stick and just cursing and throwing a fit. Meanwhile, Magus is applauding that kind of behavior? Stay classy, Magus.
NCR9 Schedule:
Spoiler
you guys obviously dont play streetfighter
-edit… after watching the clip, yeah i agree with you. there was no reason to condone that.

lol watching F.Chump act like he is the biggest deal in the world is so enjoyable. Just watching that video you can tell he thinks everyone there cared about that match as much as he did.
Marn got eliminated off stream. I was there and was shocked. Clock got eliminated was sent to losers early also. Phoenix mirror. He lost to regular Phoenix and then lost to Dark.
I think he is still in winners against the person who beat Clock.
phoenix destroys everyone.
anybody have a link to that salty champ match?

LOL wtf…Daigo is on F. Champ’s MVC3 team?
Meh, I don’t know what the hell Clock was thinking, it’s almost like he threw the match. He was clearly the better player, he opened that guy up no problem and just proceeded to kill his team every time rather than snap Phoenix in. Did he want a DP mirror or something?
He had full control and chose to give that guy 5 bars. Someone give Clock a yellowcard!
That or Clockw0rk doesn’t want to be in the spotlight cause he is sandbagging with some serious technology for that EVO win.
Yeah I know. I was wondering why neither of them were snapping in Phoenix.
Either way, I’m really excited to see the conclusion of Mvc3 singles and teams. Everyone besides Daigo seems to be sitting on something and if he gets out of losers today he might force new tech out of them.
I’ve recently started taking an interest in MvC3-related streams, but the sheer speed of the game is brain-scrambling. My mind is still unprepared for the rapid, technicolor gameplay.
