I say they port CvS2 with a good netcode to consoles and test the water a bit. If it does well, make the third.
KOF 13 looks very fun, and the animation is smooth. But I agree that the girls look weird. Too skinny, weird, loli. Yuri isn’t supposed to look like a loli. Mai’s portrait is well-drawn but the in-game is just ugh

I’d only want a CvS3 if it were straight up KoFXIII style dot art. Meaning capcom has to man up and do a sprite based game again.
otherwise, they need to take babysteps and work on porting CvS1/CvS2 to current consoles first.
it’s pretty evident that registering your support on SRK is meaningless, if you want something start a campaign to harrass capcom guys on twitter/facebook, you know, places they actually pay attention to.
Who gives a damn who makes it, I’d just be happy to get the game at all. A next-gen CvS and a next-gen SvC would be enough, even if the quality of the game is garbage.

nobody wants to play something like svc. cvs3 should follow cvs2. same engine, 6 buttons, grooves(add some more?), every character should have tools to fight each other, no ridicilous damage CC, slightly “easier to play” kinda like sf4 but dont fuck with the game engine, etc etc.
anyone that played cvs2 “little serious” at all would tell you its easily the best fighting game ever created. just kgroove alone is still more fun than slowfighter4 will ever be.
