I was hinking the other day of how Megaman had a hidden supr(magnetic Shocwave) that you could unlock in MvC1. how would you react if spider man summoned this as a hidden super?

Anyone know if spidey can maximum spider -> kfc -> maximum spider? Also, does anyone know what happens if a web zip (no direction, so aimed at the opponent) is blocked?
If it’s blocked, the opponent goes into a short block stun followed by an advancing spidey. I saw it in a few videos. The move seems to have the hit and block stun of a light attack. Web zip makes spidey very interesting. I can’t wait to hit the lab and experiment!
Something tells me that seeing someone who finally masters Spider-Mans movement will be a work of art.

Spider-man on point looks like a good option, IMO. After watching some CES videos of Spider-man, I’ve been thinking of other supers that can DHC out of Maximum Spider. Magneto’s shockwave does well. I’m especially excited about the potential damage on a super like Gamma Crush after Maximum Spider. With 3 super bars, MS, DHC Gamma Quaka, KFC Gamma Crush!
Is it true Spider-man is really floaty? I’m sure Keits has mentioned that one or two times before…

Considering he has two cancelable air dashes in any one jump, and his new web zip, I don’t think it’ll hinder his mobility at all.
Do you think they made it so floaty to hinder him? I dunno, I assumed they gave Spidey a floaty jump so he could do more stuff (Zip, airdash, web ball, Swing) before he hits the ground.
Spider-man definitely seems like a point character. As far as we know his assists are lackluster. The first team I’m trying out is Spidey/Wesker/chun .Wesker is for the OTG assist ( which I think in the long run, spidey’s going to need a char with an otg assist on his team) and chun with the instant hit confirm-able assist ( to throw out there a lot)
I’m going to call it. Spider-man and His amazing friends. Since the entire team is based around helping out spiderman

Totally copying my team, WTF. lol, that’s exactly how I have my team planned down to the assists except I’ll have Wesker on point. Are Spidey’s assist that bad? From what I remember I was thinking his spider sting assist was looking pretty similar to Ryu’s SRK assist. I was planning on using that for a GTFO me assist, which Wesker or Chun might need.
I’m also planning on using the same team, with Wesker on point just as you are. . . although recently I’ve been debating Spidey on point just cause his assists are indeed weaker than Wesker’s OTG & Chun’s Legs assist.
I’ve been wondering if anyone else has been considering the same team for weeks now, thinking since I didn’t see anyone mention it while lurking these boards it must have been a bad team or something. (Synergy was bad or w/e)
Glad to finally see that there are others that at least have given the same option some thought.
I think this teams synergy has potential to be really good. Chun’s legs to lockdown for Teleport/web zip mixups, also for easy hit confirms. Weskers low assist for potential unblocks for Chun and Spidey as well as a combo extender. I’ll say again, Spidey’s assist is my only concern. Hoping Spider sting is at least decent for an AAA.
Also hoping you can do Maximum Spider xx DHC xx Chun’s LL super. XD
I’m working with Spidey on point day 1, Doom as assist, and Dante as my X-factor comeback and reserve point character if Spidey is taking too much heat. Hopefully I’ll be able to DHC Crawler assault or Maximum Spider to Million Dollar easily.
