I wanted to check up on my shipping status since I ordered mine through capcom store and when I go to log into my account, some other email was already in the email address field.
Not sure what is going on and I think some other people on some other forums have experienced the same thing. Capcom needs to fix this shit.

Ya I had the same thing happen to me. Went to Capcom store and some other email was entered.
I ordered mine fairly early into the preorder, so hopefully I’ll get mine sooner rather than later. Still getting an error when I try to check the status of the order.

Question to those that got their stuff from Capcom early. How did they packaged it? I’m curious that if I find myself a copy of SE from best buy/target buy if I can sell back the Capcom one to them… whenever it FUCKING gets here.
If mine isn’t here by Thursday morning that’s what I’m doing. I got a 4 day weekend ahead of me and there is no way I’m missing out on some hours because Digital River held my package for 3 day before shipping it. Stuff like this is usually just packaged in a cardboard slipcase the sku’s will be the same so I’ll just take the Capcom one out and keep the shirt, and return the copy with my Target receipt.
I’ve just contacted the Digital Sewer Customer service line at 866-585-3251, and was told that my order was submitted for fulfillment on February 10th and that there would be a 5-7 day window before my copy of MvC3 CE was shipped. This makes no sense. I’m looking at the situation optimistically. I’d like to believe that order was shipped on the 10th and that it should be here within 5-7 days of that date. Why would Digital Sewer sit on my game for 5-7 days??
I just hope those clowns forget to bill me and that I get the game for free.

Digital river has actually failed to bill me a few times on Adobe orders… And my mvc3 order was shipped a few days ago and their charge hasn’t shown up…
Would the extra wait be worth a free copy to you? lol
I heard that shopto.net in the uk were shipping copies from today. I took a chance and placed an order around 2pm they have just emailed me confirmation of dispatch (4:30pm). I opted for paying extra and using tnt 24hr shipping so hopefully I may end up with a copy tomorrow.
Even with the extra p&p the whole thing cost around £38 which I think is reasonably for a game I really really want.
I wouldn’t mind waiting another week or two to get the PS3 CE for free!
I could buy the standard edition of MvC3 for my brother, and save the change!

I just got off the phone with Digital River about my order. The lady said that my package shows an estimated 7-10 business day delivery time, and that I should expect it within that timeframe. I told her that something must be wrong, because when I placed the order, I selected release date delivery, and I was told it was a 99% likelihood. She told me that there was nothing she could do since the order is in transit (obviously) and that I will have to wait the standard transit time for my package.
I work in Ecommerce, I know that sometimes you have to give out stock answers to sate your customers, but this really seems like they dropped the ball. If the product is supposed to arrive on a certain date, and the shipping method you promote to be used to arrive on that date takes 7-10 business days, then you ship 7-10 business days before that date. Simple as that. Otherwise you’re breaking that 99% release date delivery guarantee to anyone who doesn’t live within a 2-3 day shipping zone of Minnesota, which is nearly everyone.
I’m still holding out hope that my package will arrive today. I really hope that Capcom proves me and all the other naysayers wrong. I don’t want to have to hold any ill will for a company that I support so much. I chose to order directly through them because I wanted to show my support and eliminate any sort of middle-man to ensure I was paying Capcom and no one else.
I guess I’ll know whether my hope is justified in a few hours when the mail man arrives. Honestly if it doesn’t show up today, I’m going somewhere and picking up another copy and selling the factory-sealed package I get eventually on ebay.
Anyone else in the UK order from Shopto? Just got my dispatch email, should be here around tomorrow noon. Fucking yes!

mines in transit and i think it left from indiana sometime yesterday afternoon.
given the fact that it takes over 30 hours to drive from indiana to california, my chances of getting my copy today don’t exist.
Yup…went at 9 this morning to Bet Buy and just grabbed the regular game and the guide. When I came home and called Digital River to cancel my still “In Process” order, they guy said they could not but I could refuse the shipment…so I just told him the truth…
I got a new debit card last night and activated it this morning, so, if Digital River ever did plan to ship out my game, the card they had on file would be no good. He asked politely for my new card number, to which I declined, responding that I no longer needed or wanted the product from them. Then he said he would cancel my order…lol

so…should i call capcom or digital river? i don’t have a tracking number because my order still hasn’t shipped. its still in process. i ordered on the 28th of jan, if it matters, with the free shipping option.
i’ve been patient long enough. still no shipping email and today is the release date. i have shit to do and waiting around in limbo is not part of it.
