Actually Morrigan does have a ghetto wave dash. Jump up and forward, air dash down and cancel with shell kick. Do that twice and the succubus is in there.

Edit: So after a few days of practicing the team with Doom, once I get three meters (which is pretty easy with meter assist each BnB nets about 1.5+ meters), I use the finger lasers to get some distance, DHC to Ammy w/ Slow down, then DHC to AH for some easy chip damage, then start Soul Fist and Hidden Missiles stuff.
With Ammy on point and Morrigan, any throw leads to slow down DHCed to AH.
Still need to work on Doom TAC combos and whatnot. But the general strategy is becoming much more clear.
I really wish I could get Dante in there instead of Doom. I guess Jam Session could be used whenever I see them super jump in, but Missiles are just so much better.
Honestly you never going to need mags anchoring this team because he makes any other match-up twice as bullshit with Doom missiles behind him. There would only be a few match-up’s were you would probably need to anchor Mag’s(and some of those can be played to an advantage with him on anchor, or with missiles supporting him). Not to mention Doom getting Disruptor which won’t do anything for him, and you probably won’t call him out much anyway(which is basically going to make you end up playing Doom as a dead character anyway if your expecting to use Mags). Better of just using him as much as you can as an assist, and even letting him die as an assist just so mags can not only use him as an assist more, but retain the lvl 3 x factor anchor stuff if your still holding on to X-factor at that point.
Doom anchor will get the job done like any other decent anchor. In fact, Morrigan anchor would end getting you about the same outcome as Doom anchor anyway. But the team just seems to be a lot more stable when run as Magneto/Morrigan/Doom or Morrigan/Magneto/Doom.
I think Doom got better TAC option then both of them.
Better waste those 2 bars (what you wanna do anyway to get Morrigan in) to switch doom out, than give up those damage opportunity.

The TAC part won’t change anything since i still have access to Doom’s TAC’s with Magneto/Morrigan/Doom. If I wanted to TAC to Doom I’d just use Morrigan’s assist.
^Ah I completely forgot about that. I’m not home right now so I can’t test it right now since I’m at work but how much damage would a DHC to Morrigan do after hitting a ~750-800k combo with Magneto? Not being able to TOD Wolverines could be a deal breaker.
Magneto Tac to Doom is pretty awsome if you want to maximize damage
Finishing Shower has very high minimum damage potential, but it all depends on distance and height. A fairly standard grounded corner tempest to shower is going to add a bit over 200k. FS after Shockwave is going to be complete ass though.
Should easily be able to get over 1mil. As said above FS alone should give you around 200k at the right height, and then you can do a double shadowblade after the FS too.
So, I’ve been running Jeo’s team lately, but with Wesker point instead of Morrigan, and there’s no doubt in my mind that this is the best non-missiles based Morrigan team. Strider is actually better for the lock down during Astral Vision, and it’s still useful for SD combos, as is Wesker’s OTG, which is nice for Unblockables. A vanilla Wesker BNB into Phantom Dance DHC Finishing Shower with the proper timing and near to the corner also ToDs most of the relevant cast, which is quite nice. Harmonizer can also be inserted at virtually any point of Wesker’s combos for a nice boost too.
The downside is obviously that it’s harder to safely bring Morrigan in with a DHC to Astral Vision. You have to look for your opponent to be at at super jump height, and Rhino Charge to AV, and that doesn’t give you free momentum.
Overall, it’s a very solid choice for someone who doesn’t want to play Doom, or just wants to add a Morrigan into the Wesker/Strider pair.
Yeah, I’ve just recently started practicing Strider, just because of how fantastic Vajra is. It’s like a quicker traveling version of hidden missiles 
I still don’t like my old Morri/Doom/Strider though, simply because while Doom makes good use of Strider, it’s not a good assist for him as the only one. Ah well, that team is amazing if you don’t lose Morrigan, or if Doom is the first to die.
But it is nice to know we actually have two excellent assists to pair her off with, and not just Doom. Well, we’ve “known” for a while, but it’s more of a certain thing now than it was months ago.
But Vajra covers the aerial space that Doom can’t cover, and he can get full combos off of it. What would you recommend as the best one assist for Doom?
Doom needs lock downs for clean hits. He converts off Vajra amazingly, but he’ still doesn’t get that many hits if people aren’t just hitting buttons constantly. Cold Star is Doom’s best overall assists for getting in and getting a hit from my experience.
Ok what about Morrigan/Doom/Strider but instead of missiles, use Plasma beam instead? The combination of Vajra and Plasma beam would control the screen pretty nicely for Morrigan, and if they happen to snap in Strider, Plasma beam also helps Strider in the neutral game.
I was thinking about running Morrigan/magneto/doom(missiles). Do you guys think magneto would fit in this team?
Why not, quite a lot already showed that Mag/Doom is viable.
Consider switching Mag and Doom so you’ll have better TAC abilities. Switching back from Doom to Mag after Morrigan die shouldn’t be to hard.
This team is very viable, and a lot of folks are starting to run this team; in fact this is my main squad.
Magneto and Dr. Doom build hella meter for Morrigan, and both create safe DHC situations to activate Astral Vision. The synergy between Magneto and Doom is also very good.
Heh I remember saying that awhile ago and people scoffed at me.
Magneto with Morridoom is the best point Magneto team in the game IMO.
My Morri is still ass though.
