Only top 4 was head to head. Everything else was side by side. I made sure to give the people playing against me a little extra shit, such as just looking at them and shaking my head when they tried hitting Tron with the unblockable. :tup:

Couldy anyone explain to me why dhalsim was never played on a competative level, dhalsim seems so good in theory.
I always wondered why nobody played him even after magnetro released his dhalsim dvd which pretty much hand feeded the community most of the things you need to know to play him on tournament level. I guess a lot players tried to play sim but only a few stuck with him cause his combos are too difficult to execute compared to other toptiers like mag/storm/sent/cable and so on.
Would be great if someone could point out some good sim players, cause the only the one i know is juanig, the anakaris/sim player but i think he doesnt play anymore.

2 Old 2 Furious (MvC2, CvS2, SF2 ST, EX2, Alpha 2) tourneys streaming from NYC right now
MvC2 tournament was really good even though Min tried to change the sets to 2/3 versus 3/5. It is what it is and I understand him trying to make time for the other games, but a game like MvC2 needs to be 3/5 deeper in the brackets. Seeing a lot of veterans come out the the event was really awesome. I never grow tired of watching MvC2 at the highest level of play.
