They’ve had a couple days now and we need to get this tournament finished. I certainly don’t want to sound like a hard ass but the longer we wait the longer it’ll be before players can participate again.

I’ve been PMing him on XBL since about 11:45, and that’s before midnight! says he’s on Modern Warefare 2 and won’t respond my PMs, I think I deserve 1 more day to take care of my match 
played FrkQPLay me tonight, and the match was extremely laggy, and seemed a lot of glitches were happening also, so we agreed to have your match tomorrow. so by the end of the 18th, there will be a decided winner for sure!

By the way, it hasn’t escaped my attention that this tournament is taking way too long to finish. I’d like to hear suggestions on how we can make the next one go by quicker. The only policy I have so far is that people need to volunteer for each tournament.
Maybe setting a “default” match time where matches are supposed to take place. But make it so that an early match can be arranged between the players (it would be up to the players to contact eachother and arrange a time). If no early match time is discussed, the default match time would then be followed. If no one reports the match after the default match time, DQ. If one player is present and posts, but the other doesn’t show at the default match time, DQ the player who didn’t show up.
This is just a thought I had brewing, don’t know how effective it would be.

I think this is when I’m supposed to complain about the assist I lost to:
“omg, we should ban juggernaut dash assist, too good!”
I agree with the idea of putting a date by when matches should be finished, and contact via aim is a good idea.
In training mode, practice combos that end in snap outs. That way, when you’re facing an opponent that’s relying on his assist, you can easily snap that character in and focus on his weak link.
