I have had people (people that I know IRL, even) accuse me of ragequitting after matches where, on my screen, I won easily and there was no disconnect message at all.
In a game as buggy as this one, I am hesitant to accuse people of intentionally dropping unless a) they are complaining about tactics in chat or b) they have stated on forums that they intentionally quit early (e.g. to save time).
Also, I notice that a lot of people seem to complain about “frozen rank”. Once you have a lot of matches under your belt, it takes a few wins/losses for your rating to change (this is by design, AFAIK). If your wins are against weak players, it will take a LOT of wins for your rating to change.
To my knowledge, there is no “frozen rank” bug, only the 0 rating bug and the 423984023897 rating bug. If you think your rank is “frozen” (not at 0), lose 5 matches in a row and I guarantee that your rating (not your rank) will go down.

I know how the rank system works, u get points for beating the top ranked players and u lose lots of points for losing to weaker players, but im beating the players who r ranked way higher than me and there is no change. That shit wasnt going on a week ago or a few days ago.
This didnt happen until right after we played viscant. As many mathes that ive played and won this weekend there is no way the rank should still be at 122 especially since we’re mostly playing ppl higher ranked.
Thing I find odd is that the weekly rank wasnt affected.
So are u telling me that the weekly and the all time rank update at different time, if so then u may be right
