So using Demul to Play some MVC2, I have the game running at first there was no XP bar then found a way to enable it in Arcade service settings. However no matter how long I play the XP bar doesn’t move up to allow the Unlock of additional characters. Is there a setting I need to change please help.

Use a different emulator like NullDC or Makaron
If that don’t work, you could have a bad rom.
