Hey Viscant I know you’re are god damn amazing but I got the same hate from Biggest Stunnah after a match and I quote “joker stole my whole team n strategy pathetic faggot” This is after I beat him with Storm.
Faced this waste of life named Fix StIcky PWNZ!
He picked Cable/Sent/Capn, but I end up destroying two of his characters in less than 10 seconds and the sack of crap ragequitted!
LAGheart, team scrub, and the like are mad annoying online yo…especially when you see them using online tactics (though sometimes they do it unintentionally. they see that something works well online so they just abuse it) but LAGthrax is the worst for me (some of the ones I have faced)
santhraxs I know I’d beat offline…or people who you can tell don’t play that team (or team scrub) but the priority + capcom assist + online makes it sooooo stupid sometimes.
it’s mostly that capcom assist. you’re trying to be a surgeon and be precise and get that hit and keep it (both which is harder online) and you gotta deal with that fucking column of major damage and bunny hopping characters (or flying away storms) lol. :lame:
it’s harder for magnus online…and nearly impossible for ironman if they play that certain way
I myself have been using Cable/sent/blackheart for years and i use the trap to chip away and build meter, it gets the job done.
I know people find it annoying at times, but thats what im aiming for when i play people, to aggravate people into taking the hit or making stupid mistakes.
It seems to work well online but offline it works just as well, the game slows down * esp in arcade * which makes it kind of hard to navigate out. It does me well in tournaments and at evo so thats why i like the team.
People ragequit on it and complain during matches but its ok. Im still having fun :).
what you said is mostly true…but I would say it works better online…unless you’re getting countered with like a cable/storm or something.
some of the precise timing or maneuvering you need to get a hit is like stupid hard to get online.
I don’t think cable/sent/BH is too bad…but when there’s commando or tron involved and they are bunny hopping like hell plus the other shit (or it’s just lagthrax running around spamming commando) I makes sense why people ragequit on that shit. I haven’t ragequit (yet) but shit…lol…LAAAAGheart (LAAAAGthrax)
oh, and clockw0rk too. ugh…I played a good one and it’s like 50% worse online. I haven’t played a competant spiral/cable/sent yet…but I can imagine what it would be like
maybe I should just counter pick lol…not yet, but maybe eventually
I love playing against clockwork teams and waiting for them to activate orbs, teleport behind me and call doom. cables counter is instant and knocks doom and strider into the air, ahvb and kill doom. nice :3
guess it’s time to start picking cable! (and storm and sentinel and commando and BH)…not…
I didnt get this kids gt but he was using ironman/megaman/ cable and all he would do its spam assist and projectiles it got really annoying. But luckily set/camondo/doom gave him the slapocopter and well i was talking shit to him on the mic. I pulled a yipes and told him he was so pringles and he fliped out.

SUPERTHOR23 raged quit after my Cyclops killed his thanos and guile… next was his IM

bg’s to me!! my shit dc’d me once during player matches with remy martin n group (it said he did like a rage quit… but he didnt! my shit booted me off and said everyone logged off…) n it took forever for me to log back on… and a second time in a ranked match… by this time… grrrr…
and bg’s to madcatz!! cant fuckin hook up my mic for shit… it works but doesnt connect…
also… bg’s to alcohol… makes me a bumbling idiot in mvc2…

BGs to TC LEGEND who not only waits to counter pick me, but also can’t AHVB, block well, or play the game half way decent. Before you go spouting about how everyone is a noob, why don’t you learn to play the game.
I faced that sack of orangutan crap yesterday too, he did the same thing trying to counter pick me but he failed bad and I end up destroying his team then he ragequit on me!
I completely agree and this is why I’m tired of playing this online already. The novelty wore off. Lagthrax is too much sometimes.
LOL at people mentioning TC Legend.
I played him with Charlie/Doom/Guile the other day. I made a big comeback on his BH/Cable/Doom team, I think I came back with just Charlie or something silly like that. He screams all hoarse into his mic “YOU’LL NEVER BEAT ME AGAIN YOU LUCKY SCRUB”. Since I play laying down on the floor I was literally ROFLing.
After probably having the most games on XBL, I can say I get the worst games from:
Biggest Stunnah (shit talker who isn’t any good)
Ralph1987 (ragequitter)
theanine (ragequitter extraordinaire, I don’t think he’s ever stayed for a loss against me)
sadushi (I’m not sure he’s lag switching, but every time I put him in a combo that requires concentration like a Dhalsim dash-back combo or a Ruby double red ball combo, here comes a HUGE lag spike)
Honorary bad game goes to everyone who waits for me to pick, I pick a garbage tier team, then right to MSP or Santhrax. Seriously, if you’re going to pick top tier, you pick first. That should be a rule.
Few others I can’t think of at the moment. I’m just especially tired of Ralph and theanine. I play them like 3 times a night and it’s always the same thing. Right when I get to the 3rd character, here comes the plug.
