while anak/sonson/tron may not be low tier compared to other low tiers, it’s definitely low tier compared to fighting scrub/thrax/etc. so please stfu :tup: now shit like rogue/storm/tron (and other similar teams) is definitely not low tier in any sense, even though there are some who claim it is.
I use silsam and jin in place of tron plenty anyway.
What are you talking about silsam is top tier. He’s much better than Sent.,Storm and Cable. I’ve played against your anak/sonson/tron that shit is good.
But any decent scrub/santhrax would get rid of that team quick, after a counterpick so I get what your saying.
Most of the time I pick Tron is after I selected two of my characters and someone decides to play top tier, kinda of an anti-countepick but any decent Storm, Sent. can just fly away from that shit

sometimes i do pause on the select screen tho but that’s either bc i’m switching my music through the popup or i’m clicking the buttons to avoid the last person i played bc they left early or whatever
it’s not really caring about counter-picking. but it’s when they wait to counter-pick, then they get scraped, then they rage-quit and/or send hate mail, that’s what we post to say hey, BGs to so-and-so don’t bother playing them.
this BG thread isn’t nearly as big as other BG threads though.

if that were true there would be a lot more posts in here, even just from me. it’s about the ones that RQ/hatemail though (especially from playing against low tiers with high tiers) and thus to avoid/don’t bother with them

This is indeed a BG’s thread but i find it pointless posting about BG’s u’ve had with random guys who prolly just started playing this game. What else do u expect from them? I can tell u what i expcet, hate-mail from them saying “u suck u fucking cheap ass bitch, try using some1 besides magneto”, rage quits when u do a combo that is more than like 30 hits or rage quitting right before u win the match. I thought the BG thread was to post about decent players who would actually do shit like this that u wouldn’t expect maybe I was wrong, actually now I’m pretty sure i was wrong.
I would be wasting my time by remembering some rage quitting scrub and actually typing his GT in and making a post about him. I can go to the arcade and listen to people complain about how cheap akuma is, no big deal though.
well these people who use top tier teams actually don’t seem like noobs. of course I don’t post about the spiderman-type players myself (even then, I don’t get hate mail from them since I don’t use top tier against them). I post about the people who seem to know what they’re doing/what’s good in this game (some more than others) by picking top tier teams and ahvbing/roming/etc and then they still ragequit/send hate mail, especially against low tier. I’m sure many of them are actually on this site lurking/GT hidden. : /
I see what you mean about posting about rqing/hatemailing noobs that use wolverine/ken/hayato type teams. that really isn’t the point of BG threads and is mostly suited for the “what people msg you after they lose” thread. I don’t, and wouldn’t bother posting about them. only top tier team users who should know better, but still do it.

I think he was using a lag switch… I always do custom matches and connect to the lowest ping I see… Anyways, He beats me once in ranked with that shit, then I run into him once again in ranked… Just about as I am to beat him he rage quits.
