I hope that type of stuff stays in the game. I’ve grown to like it. Cable’s sj.FP causing FS randomly, crossups that SO should not hit, storm vs. storm - both do a super and the later one is the only one to hit, double throws (throw into another throw- mighta been u 4 years ago mixup), etc. It might make the game more random, but it also makes it more interesting. The game is ALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Man…I’m just so fuckin done with Marvel…I just can’t play a game that has no rules…r better yet, the rules changes within the game for no fuckin reason… But the main reason is b/c captain commando assist is to broken and everyone just abuses that shit for free and combine that shit with sentinel =the most scrubbiest combo in the game… You know people can talk that shit about Magnus but it takes skill and execution to play and win with magneto… Unlike flying and spitting all day and hoping that cap will cross u up out of the sky…
I don’t mind fighting an up hill battle, me playing a low tier person against a top tier character that by itself is hard enough… but when u combine all the glitches in the game, unexplained shit happening, people winning off of luck and thinking there actually good, and…seeing people win with the same 2 characters (Sent/Cap) over and over again with little or no effect… Now that just to much for me to handle…
A random scrub that just started playing MvC2 a few weeks ago told this to me when I asked him what made u play XXX/Sent/Cap? He replied, and Quote’’ Well I try learning Magnus but he just require to much work and execution, I saw Chris beat Johnny a few matches in a row by just flying around and calling out cap so I figured humm let me try that… after about 2 nights of practicing at home with the team and watching some YouTube matches, I realized that Storm/Sent/Cap was the most broken team on the game… He then starting laughing after I almost perfect him and said u know even though ur 10 times better then me I know ur struggling every game to avoid getting it by cap, and eventhough I’m losing I can play this team all day b/c eventually everyone loses against it…
Magnus= skill players (Yipes, Chris S, Soomighty…etc…etc)
Sentinel=people that cant win with magnus (hummmm lets see… O yeah everyone else)
So I 'm done, post what u like… I will not reply to none of it…

nah, you’re probably not one of the unlucky ones then. I’ve been glitched out 20+times 3 days in a row which is the current record for me. That’s some seriously unlucky bullshit and losing against players who can’t do an overhead but shit out a glitch is the worst thing ever.

Vegita says Sent/Cap takes no skill. Potter and Sanford says MSP takes no skill, since anybody can be a practice mode master way faster than with any other team. D. Hyo is been accused of rage quits on SF4. I dunno, but why are top players getting a scrubby attitude lately? This is really really weird. True they’re not winning that much anymore, but if you’re done with the game just play whatever you want. No need to hate.
And I do believe every single thing that happens in Marvel can be explained, and Magnetro is actualy slowly explaining it all. For instance, Cable’s J. HP flying screen is not truly random.
just glitches in general seem to plague me randomly. Especially glitches that give someone an advantageous lead for no reason. Some people get glitched more than others and that’s all there is to it. I can happily say though, I can’t recall being glitched EVER in tournament play so I shouldn’t complain about it all that much since it doesn’t happen when it counts.

yea, don’t know about that. We slowly gain more knowledge on glitches but there are ones that I haven’t seen any explanations for. Does that mean they’re unexplainable? no, of course not but there are very good instanced of shit only happening once in years of play.
after seeing cable’s j.fp multiple times a day, anyone could assume it wasn’t random. Anything that happens consistently can’t be random. Its just no one took the time to look into it and just labeled it somehow.

HSF 2nd hit while blocking the first one grounded seems to hit me unblockable from time to time.
My opponent in the opener does call capcom, hail with storm. This normally doesn’t work but mando came out from behind me and he came out fucking QUICK. Faster than psylock and for the opener as well. Didn’t overhead, didn’t call my helper. I was trying to get one c.lk to tick him and do something afterwards.
1p corner bullshit. Random unblockable hail, random unblockable HSF, random unblockable AHVB.
Cable litterally NJing over HSF twice for fun. White men can’t jump… Jump 1 set, jump the 2nd set ahvb. You need to go much higher than cable’s NJ height to get over them. No assists are involve, just sentinel vs cable.

Did you push block HSF? There are reblock frames during which you can’t block and even if you get hit try to roll out.
Assist directions aren’t a glitch. One that’s fun to use is to keep dashing so your character doesn’t change the direction he’s facing to cause your assist to appear on the opposite end of the screen behind your opponent.
Saying random unblockable this and that needs to be more specific. Might just be a guard break because you were in normal jump mode (certain actions put you in normal jump mode even if you were in sj mode). Also if a hail stone hits you directly on top of your head it would be unblockable but there are so many that usually force you into block stun. Also if the hail is spread in two waves, and mashing adds a few more hail stones at the end, if there’s enough of a gap for a reblock then you get hit.
Cable can nj HSF, it’s possible but he usually gets hit, it’s too risky to attempt, someone jumping over 1st and then over 2nd set to ahvb is luck imo.
Some attacks are unblockable because you can cause a collision at a point where the relative x displacement 0 so the game can’t tell that there’s something to block.
For Magneto, this is easiest with c. hk because it’s so meaty. Some players can manage with standing fp as well. In theory, for example, you should even be able to with first hit stand hk.
You can expand on this and try to create an unblockable with Ironman fp. The good part about IM’s fp is that if you mess up the unblockable and hit deeper you can still get a crossup.
