MrWizard announced Evo2k12 not too long ago. Therefore, it’s time to set it up and get a good Marvel vs Capcom 2 tournament for 2012.

I would like to thank AirBrushKing for doing it for 2k11. So, lets make sure we get a good stream going.

Since we’ll be using Dreamcast. I think my shitty laptop will be able to handle a good stream with decent quality (an enjoyable one).

So, with that said. Who’s willing to show up?

Note: Please DO not discuss about money matches or how much you wish to see going on. It’s forbidden.

Donation are welcome to support the tools/streaming. If I get a good “x” amount of donations. I’ll call comcast to provide me a USB flash drive to have my own internet vs using hotel’s internet.

I know I have couple of friends that are willing to go to EVO2k12.

Will there be other MVC2 Stations(DC, PS3 or XBOX)?
How Come you Don’t check and see if your laptop can handle the DC At your house.
And you gotta have a credit card to donate right?

There will be no station. This will be done in a hotel room for sure since I know next year will be mad pack with new games. However, if there is a station. We can always set it up.

Donation: Yes, you either have a credit card or I believe you can use a gift card and sync it up. As long as it’s a visa/master/discover logo.

Im going to create a TYS thread with matches ive already set up. I have a good line up and will create the thread shortly. If people are interested in entering the tournament this should be the thread to go to. My thread will be used for Exhibition matches and other things i have planned. In the tournament part of my thread i will post a link to this thread and for stream as well. I still have my guy from houston that will record my matches i setup but i think its a good idea if the tournament was streamed. Looking forward to this years evo.

side tourney at evo, in one of the rooms or on the showroom floor on a table on the side.

If there’s a table available. We’ll be using it and hopefully I can stream. If not, I’ll be streaming it at the hotel’s room. KhaosDragon will be bringing his Dreamcast. So, I’ll be testing it out at my house to test them out.

Do you think that Broken Tier is willing to sponsor a MVC2 invitational at EVO 2k12 like what was suppose to happen at Season’s Beatings?

I’ll send them a message. Maybe it will encourage new players that are a beast in MvC2? But, not an old school beast. Hopefully the new generation (that knows combo, stylish) can spice MvC2 scene.
