Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver appear in the MCU. Marvel and Fox share the film rights for those characters. Besides, those two are better known for being Avengers then their association with the X-Men.

MvC1 is pretty thoroughly explored by now but I do enjoy watching high level play if only because the personalities in the games scene. Cow/TK/DarkCloud are a riot
I want MVC4 to be the same as UMVC3 only that all characters are in it, 20 more new characters 10 from Marvel and 10 from Capcom, more stages like maybe 20 new stages, additional 4 new costumes for each character, and a story mode that is at least 30 hours long.

Best case scenario (imo ofc) game plays like a dope hybrid between mvc1 and tvc.

True, it could just be hopeful thinking on my part, though Capcom is in need of funds and going the licensing route with their IPs would help with that. Not to say there’d be anybody jumping to pick up Asura’s wreath or Power Stone, but character appearances in marvel 4 could serve as part of a greater scale strategy.
So, Iron Galaxy is going to be playing Ultimate tomorrow. Considering they made the port of Third Strike, Marvel Vs Capcom Origins, and Darkstalkers Resurrection, perhaps a PS4 port of Ultimate might be their next project. The timing seems to indicate such a possibility. We’ll see.
Perhaps I’m being paranoid, but I am afraid that we are getting played and this Marvel 4 is just a stupid rumor. Am I the only one feeling this way?

These past few days have been awesome. I’ve been away from SRK for years, but coming in and joining in on the hype and seeing the same people here that have been here for years is an awesome feeling. Let’s really hope that this is the real deal. We aren’t out of the waters yet.
A “Marvel vs Capcom Collection” containing MvC1, MvC2, and UMvC3 would be dope. Make it a 3-pack similar to how Dead Rising was released.
