Nova Prime was the leader of the Guardians for a time so he is in for Starlord ATM.
Ryce said he wasn’t sure when he was going to be released, though. Saiyko said a MVC2 character is going to be DLC, but he’s not sure if it’ll be this yr or next.

If the Marvel variant covers mean anything Richard may not be the Nova we get. The Sam Alexander Nova is a member of the Champions.
Capcom side actually seems pretty balanced in terms of franchises- no single franchise gets more than two. Also explains why certain choices were made, for example, they needed a big body but we already have 2 SF representatives, so Haggar (since FF is lumped into SF these days) is out, meaning they give the big body slot to Nemesis.
Marvel however is a bit Avengers heavy. But then again, who isn’t or hasn’t been an Avenger these days.
