Only gripe I have with Morrigan is that she just looks a bit off; like they based her off one of the Monster Hunter costumes based on her original design. Then again, they’re making proportions more realistic across the board so expecting a carbon copy of her Darkstalkers-MvC3 look won’t work.

Because the character has looked that way since her inception and it’s clearly been changed to make way for esports which is worrying for other characters.

I get the feeling that when it comes to the big heroes they’re not gonna go with the weird off-shoots. You’re probably gonna see Parker.

I didn’t even notice a change to her endowments. All I noticed was just “Hey it’s a new art style than MvC3” so…meh I guess? I mean if they drastically slimmed down her curves, gave her perky B-cups, and altered her costume, then I’d think you guys would have a leg to stand on with censorship, but at the end, it doesn’t make sense. IF they’re so bothered by her figure, why would they say “Gadzooks man! Those things are obscene to the American audience,*** slightly*** reduce them! That’ll make things skate by!”

If they suddenly made aged up BB Hood and gave her double Ds I’d be just as up in arms (because crossovers are not the time to push redesigns).

I can understand such character aesthetics being important being that she’s a succubus, and I’m not saying reduce or keep the size, but from the screen cap posted earlier, she didn’t look that smaller to me.

I just think it’s a slight change in art direction or design. If the wanted to censor anything, they’d do a bigger and more noticeable job of covering things up rather than slightly changing her cup size to an already large size. I mean that’s my main point. If a company deems something offensive and they want to censor it, they’re going to do so in a very noticeable way to appease the censors or offended party. If they had a problem with her bust size, she wouldn’t still be voluptuous and sporting so much cleavage. They’d have her different from afar.

It’s like the censorship back in the days of MK on Sega vs SNES. They didn’t tone down the blood, one version outright removed things.

Hard to say since that bit of the trailer is actually two different clips of combos edited together to make it looks like it’s just one combo (the same combo is edited much better in the second trailer). Seems to me like X is just doing a pose right before he exits, as it seems that the characters do some sort of pose before they exit the stage.

I vote Captain Commando. Nothing gets the blood pumping like Tokusatsu posing for justice and corridors full of lightning. (WHY have you forgotten your prodigal son Capcom? He’s only had 1 game, and then cameos in everything else! He deserves better…BETTER I SAY!)

Alex definitely out of the table.
Chase could be a replacement for C. Viper but I think he’s not powerful enough to be chosen.
Klara I don’t think so, she didn’t do very much in the comics and while the concept is novel enough, she doesn’t appear to fit the style a lot.
Gert tbh is only good because of the dinosaur. I don’t think they will add a chubby girl just because.
Nico would be cool because the staff of one can be an interesting mechanics, but they will no doubt get Strange so she doesn’t stand a chance.

That leave us with an only choice. And you know who she is…
