While I certainly think he’s posting things that AREN’T hints, like the Big Hero 6 art, when he’s dropping a Jem song called “Nightmare,” which just so happens to be the name of an obscure Dr. Strange villain, who seems like Marvel’s Freddy Krueger, and could be something Capcom could want for gameplay reasons, ala M.O.D.O.K. and Birdie in SFV, I think certain things are worth a second look. 32 character Launch roster could be a misdirection though, or a hint that some of the things we think of clues aren’t actually anything at all.
So we know Iron Man and Ryu pretty much have the same hypers from MVC3. Not sure if Ryu has his Hado Kakusei, though. I imagine that’s probably gone.
For the characters that you see returning to Infinite, are there any who you’d prefer to have a revamp to their moveset?
This doesn’t only have to apply to MVC3, either. If there’s a character from MVC2 you’d like to see changed, that’s also cool.

Phoenix Wright and Iron Fist need to be revamped. They didn’t work with how MvC3 played.
The best way to do that is by removing them.

I don’t exactly how they’d do it, or what I’d specifically want him to gain, but I’d LOVE to see Venom get the SFV Shoto treatment, in terms of still maintaining his feel, but changing around some of his tools to make him even more distinct than Spider-Man. Thanos too, just because I don’t think they’d give him the 6 Supers for every Infinity Stone, since he’d technically only have access to one at a time now. Perhaps have all those Supers back, but tied to their specific Stones, so that for him, it’s not just a choice of what perks he’d want for his Team, but what Hyper he’d want at his disposal for that match as well? Seems like it’d give him an interesting added layer of depth for a revamp.
Pretty sure he was Tweeting about PSX around the time the Infinite rumors started. Stuff like, “PSX gonna bring it” or “So Capcom’s doing something at PSX. HMMMMM…” So I’d think he at least knew about Infinite existing. I respect those that want to have that mentality though. I’m personally just keeping an eye on it in the event it DOES happen, since we’re in the middle of a drought, but am fully aware he could just be trolling as per usual.

I omitted Eternal Slumber because we already know that ain’t in, unfortunately. We saw her Illusion Darkness.
The only way that’s possible is if they pull a Strider and give her two Lvl 3’s. Don’t see it happening.
If they do, they’d probably give it to her via them Power Gem. Spider-Man had something similar where a clone appear behind the opponent when he activated the Power Gem in MSH and do the same attacks as his original self (though it only applied to his normals and specific special moves iirc).
The question is whether or not they’re going to go down the route of MSH Power Gem Spidey where if Morrigan fires off a projectile, her clone temporarily disappears so she doesn’t fire two projectiles at once.
Yeah this is the best way to deal with it as of now. Keep an eye on him but don’t take him too seriously until something he’s hinted at is proven real.
Personally, I hope he’s legit again because he’s hinting at some good shit.
